  1. TTK is your man, look for him and install Skype to get in touch. Could be slow, but the only thing stopping from delivering your watch would be a heart attack.
  2. Nice review, like always can we get a wrist shot???
  3. I've seen a gen of this one, and it has some special magic - mostly because it's a vintage - that the rep can have 'out of the box'... I you really want something close to the gen, you should probably consider have it modded and vintagized (try The Zigmeister). Also, remember this is a very high en watch, chances are that if you encounter somebody who will be able to identify this watch, he will be a watch expert in some way. Last, if you're in your 20s, and unless your dad is a multi millionaire, then it won't be credible...
  4. I think Silix has a leather with deployant, ask him as it may not be on his site.
  5. You'll get the scratch, eventualy, and yes, Stephane wore the watch like two hours, and sure is carefull about his babies... Could be yours within a few days (not to mention I think he also is getting rid of his MBW AP RO). You should definitely get in touch with him, ask him for some more picture
  6. 30 euros, yep I've got a 5mn chrono... in my kitchen, to be used to boil eggs... military retirement, I guess
  7. I was at the flea market today and I found some really cool timepieces... A guy was selling helicopter parts... (yep, we make those kind of stuff here in France), and I found four chronometers dating from the sixties (mechanical, of course). Sounds familiar ? Have a look... Two of them are 30 minutes chronos, the two others are 5 minutes chrono (if anybody know the use of a five minute chrono, please tell me). For now, the five minute chrono is perfect to boil eggs Similarity with the B&R instrument is... well... let me just say that it's exactly the same stuff... same rought feeling, except those comes from a helicopter, with is pretty cool... No AR, as you can see but a very similar case, a rotating bezel, slighly heavier (I guess something like 200gr), and half an inch thick... Cheers
  8. i'm quite sure it will, I'm next on TTK's re-buying list, so I should be wearing mine within 2 or 3 weeks
  9. I was walking in Saint Germain des Pr
  10. yep, delays are due to the fact that TTK Nautilus have been seized (like 11 at the same time) and that TTK can not afford replacing all of the immediatly (hell, that an awfull lot of money, those are'nt cheap). He'll deliver, no doubt, but he replacing the one by one and it takes time. The tradeoff with TTK is quite simple: you've got the best garantee you can dream off (wether you're talking of illegal good or not, his garantee is nearly the same as if you were buying a Seiko at an AD), he test all the watche for accuracy (near COSC), waterproofing and perfection, BUT there's a delay for this. The TTK Nautilus delay is also due to bad luck with custom, but let's face it, how many dealers would have replaced a $5K loss? Even with a regular - legal - eCommerce buying, the delay could be as long. I bought one of my first rep with TTK, and it took 10 days to arrived from Thailand to France, top noch.
  11. yep, gmail is the answer, if it ever happens with gmail, simply add the sender's email to gmail's adress book. Redirecting from gmail to your normal email could do, but my advice would be to switch definitely to gmail, best webmail ever, has POP and IMAP protocols, what else could you ask for? Bit of warning though, if you're an americain citizen, privacy could be a concern...
  12. This is putting rep reviews to an other level... pretty hard to catch up... Great test, thanks.
  13. I think Che Guevara [censored] a GMT, don't remember where I found the info, but I'm pretty sure...
  14. Sarkozy also own a Breguet annual calendar with PR, but shots are very rare since having money is extremely unpopular in France...
  15. Most girls I've seen wears the 39mm version, looks pretty good. The white one is awsome, but very feminine... I guess a black & white combination for him & her is the perfect couple
  16. C'mon boys, this is obviously a watch intended for women (and Rap singer, maybe)... My girl is waiting for this one to be repped...
  17. very popular here in Paris... I really like it.
  18. Anyone interested in that guy and who likes movies should definitely check F for Fake by Orson Wells... a great movie about the master of rep
  19. Somebody's using heavy drugs in a rep sweat shop in Ganzhou
