like doc - i came here after spending 1k for a YM. i have to agree though its a great rep with a real eta movement.
that's my main gripe now- the watches look much better generally. the qc on the movements is not good- i've had many break.
i just factor an extra $100-200 for repairs in most watches now. the good news- i have a HBBB lite for about $300 from Puretime.
iwas out with a friend who has a 18k gen. i took it off to really look close and i was amazed at the rep's quality for the $.
the 40mm. PAM's get no respect: "girlie watch"
i love mine and they wear big (about 42mm) way bigger than a sub or explorer.
here's my gen on the croc strap and a rep regatta chrono on the gen SS bracelet.
i get alot of compliments on that- the rep is pretty good, not great but the bracelet
is a killer.
why not get something else, like another rolex model or another brand.
the more you stick around here- ther more variety you'll want. everybody seems to come wanting a sub.
eventually they branch out to PAM, Omega, Breitling, etc, etc.
apparently this version is from the same (Noob) factory. Prestige Watch Co. is selling another
version from a different factory @ Repgeek. personally; i'm not to crazy about the watch in the
first place, even thegen.
very nice! i have a PT 1.5 version. not quite as nice (on the left, Noob LV on the right)
i ordered a new YM from BK with the gen ETA. looking foward to that one also.
Bk is one of the best dealers.
very nice! i hope she enjoys it. i got the mens version from Ideal several years ago.
it was ridiculous-$1000 but a super version. i think TWBest with excellent DW and dial.
the right is a similiar Daytona- also great watch. may actually have a real 7750.
