IMO BK is the best dealer here for Rolex. i happen to be wearing the YM from WM9/BK and i can say its one of the best reps i own (i also have 3 gen rollies) the finish and workmanship is truly exceptional. Bk is a real gentleman; rare in this business.

sorry to say that watch, although nice looking, has about the worst mechanical track record guys. check around you'll see alot of threads about the notorious Daytona rep. good luck.

I agree; BK is probably the best as far as qc. however he has problems at times also. i just bought the new YM from him and it was broken- he fixed it right awy.

Davidsen probably has the best selection of PVD's. you can get a few cheapies around from almost anyone.

i seem to be a hoarder- i can't seem to get rid of any watches unless i give them away. i just gave away this HB BB to my uncle for his birthday and immediately went out and bought a replacement.

i have almost 40 reps and about 18 gens. i end up wearing reps alot because i like variety. to me, reps are like shoes. they are accessories that i wear to match my mood or clothes. most of us as By-Tor said, have gens too. we just love watches. warning: this hobby can be addicting! reps are on the left, gens on the right.

yup- the $100 Noobs with free shipping are a good deal. i got this YM awhile ago. i just gave it away after i got the WM9/BK version. looks great for the $$-seems to be running fast now

i bought a 'mini fiddy' (actually its still 44mm) from Sead @ RG. its not expensive but its a pretty nice rep. it came with the tan leather strap, not too bad for rep strap, really. Blackbard offered to make me a strap for my 88 with a smaller buckle than the strap culture people. today i got this really soft well oiled dark strap, thanx.

love it- especially the red lettering on the bezel. i agree about the crown. IMO should be black.

i have to agree- the quality of this rep is tremendous:

sorry to say the movement issue is hit or miss. i have 21j that run great and 'swiss' that are problems. over the years i have had to service many of my reps. the truth is the qc is generally poor- fair on the reps. in 'the old days' you were more likely to get an eta as advertised, today- most often a clone.
