Black there is a Platinum 262 california with a brown dial. But the 249 is black.

DSN makes the 0099/1000. However the font he used is way off. I bought one and decided not to use it because it was that bad. I had to wait and buy a 401 serial. The 0401/1000 has the correct font, but is states 300m where it should read 30atm I would rather have the better font than the correct text.

Did you ever end up getting the case back engraved? I've been working in Illustrator designing a caseback, but for the life of me, I can't find a font to match the serial (B xxx / 200)

Ha! That video where you scratch with the key was exactly what happened with my PAM 009! As for the match, here is my Avitt DLC 009 (with the CG not DLC, don't ask ) and the Gen: And here is the Gen: As you can see, it's not perfect, but I prefer this finish and it will last!

I've heard you can get them from Old Exit signs http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Tritium+Exit+Signs I've never done anything with this, so I'd ask modders.

I wear the watch daily, since the DLC can hold up. I work in IT and I got the watch caught on a server rack a few weeks back and it scratched the watch, but then upon closer inspection, I actually scratched the rack!! The scratch rubbed out with my finger! It wasn't actually the watch that scratched, but it was the rack and that's what was on the watch! I was stoked! I think I might actually make a video and post it on here. I reproduced it when I got home (on the back just to be sure) and it did the same thing, it rubbed right off. I'm actually going to send you a Ted Su dive buckle and CG once I can find a good replacement Pre-A series CG. I was going to get the ceramic Ted Su buckle, but I figure why not just get SS and have you coat it for a perfect match.

I've done a lot of modding with tons of different modders and I have to say out of everything, I'm most pleased with my dlc coated PAM. Avitt's coating is top notch!

All this top gun talk along with the massive price drop makes me want one!

I've owned a little hero watch, and I must say, the best parts are the dial and CG. I would recommend just buying those. The movement, while nice, is still easy to spot that it's a rep simply buy turning the watch over. So save the cash on the movement and just go with the CG and Dial.

Not a chance So, I figure I get the case from DSN, but what about a good CG? Do you guys just modify the lever of DSNs? It looks a little wonky. Plus the shape on the inside near the crown is straight where it should have an angle. Do you guys just file that to give it the correct shape?

That is from my V3 FGD dial. Yea, it's from Ross. It's a lot nicer than I thought it would be! I'm excited!
