no not really,, and maybe even if you put a brand new eta 2836 in there you still wont be happy as you can see the ticks on that as well some times, i can see the tics on my gen IWC and on my Logines and my wifes omega aqua terra.

Not it is all to do with the cut of the gears, nothing wrong with it at all though

28800 is always 8 beats, but if the gear backlash is a bit looser in the gear train then the seconds hand will not look as smooth

10 days straight

A while ago i scored a gen tudor dial from 1970 (ish) but to my wife it is 1970 as this is for here 40th birthday in 5 days time. The case came from watcheden and i have to say it was a nice straight forward deal, the watch as it came was very wearable, no photos but you can see it here Thanks to watcheden for the $20 coupon that meant that this watch only cost $88 with postage to UK, I love the bracelet for the price i am very impressed no need even to smooth it, the case back is laser engraved rather than stamped and the crown is a bit flimsy but it does align with the 2836 that i have fitted (oem is a21j) Plexy crystal is nice to have i think the loupe could have a bit more magnification. The modding was not straight forward as the dial is too small for the case, in fact the dial is the exact size of the opening, so i had to make a new movement holder (OEM was plastic any way) on my new lathe to center and hold the dial, i did not take any photos of it yet but if i take this apart then i will try to remember, even as it is the whole package is held together by the case back being tightened as there are no recesses in the case for movement clamps. Now some eye candy Sorry if the photos are not that good but i am sat in the garden and cant see the detail in the pictures due to the sun, if any one wants a picture of the case back and bracelet i will do one later. Don't want to miss some time sat in the sun after the white winter we had.

That is the point though it is not a bridge both are cocks as they are not joined, it is like putting a huge spoiler and body kit on a 1.1L car, worse than useless. If they had made it a propper bridge then it would have a use as it would be more stable and would not be hard for them to make it with adjustable height to get the correct end shake.

The 3135clone is a reliable movement with out the bits on it as it is the same as an ETA The issue with the 3135s is that they ARE an ETA clone with bits on them to look like a 3135 that means that they are as easy to service as an ETA, but why pay the price they are asking for a clone that looks like a 3135 but no one will see it and has the chance of being stopped by an addition that is not visible any way falling off. Just pay the prices for the standard clone, then if it breaks then it is interchangeable with a swiss eta, it is serviceable like an ETA and it costs less I just dont understand why people are paying for them

/ ETA, the 3135 is nothing but a modded clone of the ETA, it is mechanicaly no different it just has parts that fall off.
