The gen raily non chrono, does have a display back and it does say aqua tera, not sure on the chrono, as far as i know the only one with the loco on the back is the gold one.

Looking at how close the indexs are it would not surprise me that the beat was out also, if you have a local watch smith with vibrograph or similar he should not charge much for a quick look at how it is running and regulation, Gioarmany has done a couple of tutorials on regulation and the theory is the same for just about every movement, but i recommend a. live with it b. get it checked out and regulated by a watch smith c. learn a bit on some cheep watches and then and only then work on your best ones.

Although that is slow it is still with in tolerences for a non chronometer, if you like this watch then dont play with it, start with something you don't mind messing up,

I am sure that any watch smith with experience in those type of movements (venus/lemainia/seagull) could fix it, the way you describe it is sounds like the click is not engaging and holding the winding wheel. If i remember rightly on the seagull the winding train is a bit buried under the chrono start/stop levers
