I would also say that this could be a deciding choice with the seller you choose, go for the one that will provide the extra links, but i am sure if you need links then the members will help out, i know i have sent most of my spare links to people that needed them in the past

There are many that work fine, this one does not, Ziggy wrote a great review of this and what would improve it, the seconds at 3 was great improvement on the modification design but it has not been applied to this, why dont you start a campaign of emailing all the suppliers to get this improved, but personally i don't think they care.
The rep makers dont care if the product works, or if it could be better, just do they sell, and these have sold, and with out the knowledge that it is flawed on the open internet they continue to sell, so why should they change it.
Well if you look at my last post you will note that the gold on the 2892 is more expensive than the nickle, Personally i just think they are different colors.
I think that would still have the incorrect hand stack.
well the movements have been paid for and shipped to me, i am just waiting for a note from the customs so i can go and pay the tax and collect them, was hoping for that on Friday but not arrived yet. Well keep you all informed.

Fransico did a review on the new movement and if i remember correctly it was no better???? you have to search for it now the third option there is new to me
Am i right that the plates from the better FA Jones could be transplanted on to this one, or did you notice and dowels or pins in the wrong place?
Also how much free play is there in the gears ie is there any lag in the hour wheel keeping up with the min wheel.
