I think it looks better before and on the leather, but that is just my oppinion, a nice watch either way!

I would try to get one of the sellers to try to get a new crystal, you wont find a saphire that thick from any watch supplies house

you may need a longer canon pin and hour wheel and then a spacer behind the dial to get it all to line up, i dont know if these parts are available though?

sounds like it is a winding or power reserve fault, either the wnidind mech is not working of the main sprind is slipping too much, if it is that new i would talk to your supplier, failing that a new movent is not expencive and not difficult to swap out

SOSF, it has been out a while and has very good reviews, it is impossible to spot as a rep to all but the most trained eyes

not a clue omn a movement ring as it would be specific to that movement/case and rep, if you have the dimentions a basic machine shop could machine one for you.

for us to give you any advise we will have to know who it is, he may be having issues to out out away from the board or a berivement ect, who is it?

I just turned my beater and project movement into this and i am real pleased with it i thought the hands would look odd and im soooo happy, it also stops it looking like the Stowa, the min hand could do with being 1/2mm shorter i think and the project all gold movement shot

with the crown in the hand set position apply a bit of pressure as if you were turning the hands backwards and the seconds hand shoud stop or go backwards even, it may take a bit of practice but it does work

Any thing is possible with enough imagination, oh and cash to pay for custom work.

Bullet proof movements, they are as basic as it gets and there for very relaiable.

Been testing one of mine in the Baltic this week.
