The tells here is every thing about the watch there is no one thing that gives it away more than the whole. Go to a Patel dealer and have a look at the real ones

So Has the OP canceled the PP dispute, does he accept that he has made an error in judgement and that what he recieved is what he saw on the the QC photographs?
Personally if you can see the oil with a naked eye generally it is too much. On the stem the oil (d5) normally is brown but it should be spread on the surfaces (that should be oiled) lightly so generally you would not see a brown liquid
I am pretty sure that the watchis using an overlay as the date window looks gen positioned, and there is no way of having a gen pos date with an ETA movement without an overlay
So i would assume your overlay has slipped over the years
