Well if it is set up properly the two balances will sync with each other and in theory half any error same as the rare double pendulum clocks
But I bet that setup is a pig to get right and I don't think many hobbyist will be playing with it. Not that Cheri either I don't think.
But possible, I am looking into the lug drilling with diamonds to start the holes off, just looking for some cases to try it on, I have a movement holder that will fit with a bit of adjustment depending on the movement you want to use, but it not an easy straight forward job for sure
The service should not be more than €150 and the winding bridge if the screw cant be got out costs €17.80 trade - tax post ect, parts are available so any good watch smith should be able to do this
Stock i would say also
Shaving crown gards inside and out
fade the just a little and ad an ofrie pearl
Drilling 2mm lugholes, bracelet and endlinks to fit gen 2mm springbars
Vintage lume the dial and hands, just yellow them a little more ivory
Putt in a gen crown and tube
Remove the paint from casback and polish it a bit
HE valve mods
Clarks t39 crystal if you cant get the gen t39
Slow beat non hacking movement and a silver date wheel overlay
I would say that you want a WM9 v2 ,case get the lugs drilled (you will find this part hard and no one likes doing it) and a movement holder made to hold the movement to the dial, the holder also need to have a recess for the dial to sit in to hold it central (i had a month long battle trying to get it all to sit straight before i had a new holder made up)
Unless you are using a gen movement the hands wont fit, i would say clarks if you are using an ETA movement.
the clip folds over the bearing and then the ends clip in under the grove on the other side, make sure that the cap jewel has the domed side out ward and that the whole thing is spotless clean, also you should put a small dab of mobius 9010 in the center inside of the cap jewel
