Fri, 02/08/08 08:00 PM New Orleans Arena New Orleans, LA Got mine the day they went on sale. First row OFF the floor. The floor tix were rediculous in price. But, it should be good. Years ago, about 83 or something, I had tix for the Fair Warning Tour in Biloxi, MS. That day, I woke with 104 fever, my friends were outside honking the horn, I had the tix in my hands, but just couldn't do it. So, I've been waiting a long time for this. I wouldn't do the Van Hagar thing...only Dave will do.

Cruelty to animals is a real sign of mental illness. Signs of this in Children often lead to serious criminal activities in adulthood. I'm just glad he was caught...he could have gone to further lengths. On another note: My beloved SAINTS beat the heck out of the "Dirty Birds" last night. Woo Hoo! He should never be let back into the NFL again.

Very kind of you, Dani. I appreciate your gesture. Cheers to you!

OMG, Vic...you said: poonanny. That's classic. I haven't heard that term since, um, 84 or so. Great thread.

I'm unable to use paypal, but I think this is a thoughtful idea. I would have opted for a bottle of Glenlivet, 18 year old, single malt, however. Good luck.

An open letter from Ziggy to the members of RWG.
SubFrog replied to RWG Technical's topic in General Discussion
Hey The Zigmeister, I'm late as usual...but, I just wanted to chime in. Well, as you know, I've been here for a long time, but don't get to post much. I've known your name and reputation around here and I'm sad to see an Icon such as you leave our family. I wish you the best of luck...and with this admin team, I'm sure there could be a good solution for your return in the future. I've seen it done in the past. Thank you for your unprecedented contribution to the board. And hope to see you online soon. -
Nice couple there. I'm wearing my Seamaster GMT right now...great watch...great style.

Rolli, I'm not a huge PAM fan (let the flaming begin)...and I don't always click on PAM posts...but, today I'm glad I did. I must say, this is the best looking watch I've seen in a while. I owned a black PVD 005 logo PAM a while back as that's about all I could handle...and I liked it fine. BUT, WOW...this is just amazing. The aged bronze is outstanding and it's perfect with that strap. I would love to have one of these. You get high kudos for such a beautiful project and outcome.

I can understand why...but, since you have two, I'm sure you can slide one my way? Great stuff!!!

STUNNING. Makes me want to adjust my budget. Wait...that's why I'm here...so I don't have to. Oh well, one day. Enjoy!

GROLSCH - My favorite. How about this one?

Yea, I ventured out today...no special early departure, but it wasn't that bad. I chose to work until noon anyway. I stayed clear of the malls...but, hit a few electronics stores and got a Stereo for mom, some DVD's for the wife, and a couple other items for myself. It didn't seem the prices were any different, however. Usually, I just purchase online.

Nice...I like it. And I want another. I have a really bad Yachty rep that I got when I first starting hanging around here...it's really bad. But, I still wear it every now and then. Great pictorial review. Thanks.

Stilty, That's an impressive list...I wish I could remember all the ones I've seen. However, I'll just post some of my favorites. To begin, I've worked with a small touring band (in the past) that I will not mention...due to personal reasons. Plus, I've been on tour with Pantera, Slayer, and a couple of other bands not really worth mentioning. Now, I'm the web developer and administration for a local music scene...it seems I see a lot of bands on a weekly basis. But, now on to some oldie but goodies... My first big arena at 12 yrs old: Journey and Foghat Best I've seen live: Scorpions. (at Monster's of Rock, Houston) Ozzy and Sabbath a few times. Robin Trower Stevie Ray Vaughn Aretha Franklin James Brown Metallica (old) Kiss Allman Brothers Ted Nugent Crowbar Down COC Judas Priest a few times ZZ Top Jethro Tull Red Hot Chili Peppers James Taylor Grateful Dead AC/DC Van Halen ...hundreds of small arena or club bands. Those are just a few that really stand out in my mind.

Yep...I remember that well. Never did get the watch I paid for, but was a very lucky recipient of a needed refund.

YES...A very Happy Thanksgiving to all on the board. Like jsmith11, this is my first Thanksgiving as a married man...and both families are getting together...this should be interesting. Woo Hoo! I'm thankful that I found these boards years ago and didn't make expensive mistakes. Wait a minute...I have shelled out a lot of money on this addiction...was that a mistake? Thanks for the addiction.

Lumpy... I LOVE IT. A BLANK SLATE! As an artist, I see an open field. You should decorate that dial and make it whatever you want. Put a business logo on there...RWG logo...or any artwork. That's what I'd do. VERY NICE! I want one.

I asked this same question, some years ago, as I am also a U.N. fan. It seems the complexity of style is too much for the rep makers...however, I have seen a few reps. None of which I would have purchased. They were quite cheap looking and easy to tell knock offs. We'll keep looking, I guess.
