This incident happened a couple of years ago in Calgary incidentally. Everyone blamed each other for fault - the moving company said that was the route they were told to go on, etc., the authorities that they'd faxed them a new route after hours on a weekend or something along those lines. You can go along the road in Google maps and you'll see a road with no bridge still. Google Maps

I wonder what went through their minds as they lovingly and painstakingly applied the rust paint effect....
