Anybody knows which dealer sells the best aftermarket bezel insert for a 1680 mbw? I have bought a gen tropic 127 yesterday , and now i'm looking for a bezel insert! Thanks. Philippe.

RIP. Great drivers never dies, they just go faster in paradise circuit.. I have seen lot of friends injured in steet racing and circuit racing. One member of my family was dead in motorcycle racing some years ago. We all know there is a risk. I go four time a year to the nurburgring nordschleife in germany and this circuit is something like bathurst but bigger beacause it takes 9 or 10 minutes to complete a lap (23 kilometers). I know it's dangerous.. i know i can be seriously injured...but i must go to the nurburgring, it's like a drug.

i usualy listen metal and black metal bands. Maiden, Metallica, ACDC, Trust (french), Siebenburgen,Dragonhammer,Bathory,Virgin Steele,Saxon,Immortal,Dimmu Borgir, Accept, Therion,Suidakra...

Just want to share with you the awesome work done by Mark(finepics). - relume in old radiomir color - polycarbonate crystal - unfortunately the old molnija movement i won on ebay last month (paid it usd 0.99 plus usd 10 for post and packing charges from ukraine) was not in good health, almost dead. So i keep the modern moljina movmt. so my project is almost complete: i just need a "gpf mod dep" engraving on the big flat vintage buckle. May be engraving on the crown guard too..and on the caseback. i don't really know what i will do. (Warning: some dust on the crystal i have forgotten to wipe/ the crystal is immaculate)

my 1997 gen speedmaster moonwatch. Bought in Geneva..a one day trip from Paris to Geneva and back. To buy a watch. yes i'm crazy! (the price in Geneva was 25% lower): polycarbonate crystal/ shaphir back.

i'm not wearing a watch(rep or gen) to impress people. i feel comfortable with any watch because i know that almost 99 per cent of people don't care about watches. for example in south of france or italy i see a lot of people wearing rolex subs.. in monaco wearing a rolex is like wearing a timex. don't forget we are watch nuts and we are prone to check what people have on their wrists.
