Robbie: Many of us have gone over the speed limit on occasion but to state it the way you did was asking for trouble. Before dealing with Law School I was making some good dough and traded my SL500 for a new SL600 Bi-Turbo....this thing was pushing 500hp and was stable as a rock at high speeds....one night after working really late (2 am) I decided I would push it a bit for the first time on Freeway 91 in So Cal...it was completely empty for literally miles ahead of me....I had never done this before and had the itch to see what it was like...in a few SECONDS I was at 130 and was then clocked by a patrol officer with his lights off. I had a perfect record...not one ticket in my 8-9 years as a driver (I was 24). The guy and I talked for about 30 minutes about what he should do....basically he could have locked me up and impounded the car. I'll never forget that conversation and I never drove in excess like that again to this day...he let me off with a warning and I didnt need to pay any ticket to learn that what I had done not only put his life in danger but my own as well. I have nothing but respect for most members of the PD and HP not because I got out of a ticket but because I realize that theyre performing a tough job which is a necessity in order to keep people within this society safe. I think Robbie is a member who contributes quite a bit and hate to see such a mess arise...some members arent just angered by his actions but are also put off by his tone and attitude....he made a mistake by posting this and I think he knows that so lets just let it rest.

Some members have Gen Swiss watches other do not...personally Id go gen or with a rep that is 98% accurate.....BCE with V3 date wheel is a watch I would trust at a meeting for instance.

So the rep bracelet clasp is constructed differently then the gen clasp?

OK guys after JohnG's confession I took some time to reflect about my own lie which I have been feeding this community for years now. I didnt want to do this due to the complications it may cause me and the other members involved but I thought about it and I came to the conclusion that it is indeed the best thing to do for the sake of RWG. Guys... I'm Jetmid.

The can opener on the side always bothered me enough to not buy one....looks great though. I need to try one on now.

I had a 8801 and traded it for a 8600 Luna when they came out...the 8800 isnt Quadband right? Anyway the Iphone is useful and a great tool but cant touch these 8 series Nokias for style and feel.

I cant stand that tiny bracelet considering the watch head size....yet Im still drawn to it damn it.

He didnt even ask if it was gen? Ive been in a similar situation and didnt do it but this guy sounds like he deserved it since he thought he was screwing you...maybe you could have said "I cant guarantee all the parts are OEM" that would be a enough of a disclosure IMO.

Ive had Black, Ver. 2 Graphite and White...I am going to say Black is the closest thing to the gen. Graphite is right behind it.

I also think it was Jetmid...hes been known to check out members etc. EIther that or the Feds. If I were you I would be quite worried. Dont leave the house unless its 100% necessary.

So if the lume dot is fixed...what is the difference? Bezel engravings? Ive heard v1 is better bezel wise then some swear version 2 is better? I dont care about the engraved rotor.
