Slask -- this post should have a warning?!... always a fan of the "panda" version - and having it on my wish list -- i am more than pre-occupied with this all black dial version...very sharp, uniform look... you should hunt down the Ebel black rubber deployment clasp bracelet for this watch...would really add a diff and great look to an already really sharp watch... what adds to this watch is, as By-Tor mentions, the fact that it's super-rep quality/look...

thanks By-Tor... the perpetual calendar and the GMT watches are great... i noticed they they have a polished bezel on the black dial watches...it adds an aire of classiness to the already sporty look of this watch... i have the quartz BTRs and love them...the black dial/black bezel/red hands version and the white dial/polished SS bezel/yellow hands version...both with ss bracelets...from the pix i have seen/reviewed, it looks like they the Discovery and the BTRs all use the same ss bracelet...and it's a nice one at that... i do like the polished ss bezel on the black dial...may have to hunt one down with yellow hands...as deltick can attest, this watch looks great in all the combos of dials, hands, bezels and straps/bracelets...that's what makes this watch so great...not all watches look this good in all the combos... i have to also admit, that i am a big fan of the Discovery "panda" -- having it on my wish list -- but the recent pix of the all black Discovery has really piqued my interest... great watches...just great...

it's been a good week... i received a Longine Olympic series chrono and today a white dial A.Lange&Sohne Lange1...the Longine is fun and Lange1 is amazing... but alas, it will be a few more days to wait for my Thailand mailed package containing my Orange bezel'd PO and a VC Malte Retrograd...seriously, how nice a package to open with those two watches in there?!....it's tough to wait, but all good things come with time... nice pix, guys!...love my black bezel PO and can't wait for the orange one!... great pix, tmeister... i've solved the rubber strap vs. ss bracelet dilemna... 1) black bezel PO w/ ss bracelet 2) orange bezel PO w/ black rubber strap ooops...forgot...they are sooooo good you have to buy two watches... (figuring my orange bezel'd PO is coming tomorrow...it is time!) R-

watcheden drop ships...i have had a few problems with the wrong item or model (similar or older model) sent...it's an inconvenience, but i have sent them back..it takes times, but they usually make it right... great price and value... here's an example... i ordered a Glashutte white dial PanoMatic from tonyxkf on cqout...as far as i can tell, this model is an older one...there's a newer one out that is different...since tonyxkf=watcheden, they sent me the newer model (watcheden pix attached)...hey, this happens...but it is frustrating...especially because i have learned...before i order i inquire...they can tell you the watch is "in stock" or not...since the watches are drop-shipped, they can't tell what the watch actually looks like...a few times, i have inquired on some watches from their site that they cannot get...not always good at pruning the old models off the website... i also ordered an Omega 20mm PO rubber strap in BLACK and received ORANGE...frustrating for sure... anyhow, here's an example of a mis-shipment... they are making good on it... per someone in this post, the bezel on this model has the same design/teeth as the 45mm... this isn't a super-rep in the sense that it's repli-maniac perfect...it actually has some 45mm model "features" like "Professional" engraved on the buckle and the bezel design/teeth...but to me, i don't care...it's a great looking watch, with nice detail, nice quality at a great value price...this was the purpose of my initial thread...to rave - a bit - on a great watch at a great price... my black bezel model gets it's orange bezel'd sibling tomorrow or thursday...nice................

love Ebels...and this black on black Discovery is as hot as the white panda!... i have the BTR quartz: black dial, black bezel, red hands, ss bracelet, AND i have the white dial on order: white dial, polished ss bezel, yellow hands, ss bracelet... the ss bracelet is nice on these, isn't it?...your Discovery has the same one as the BTR... enjoy it and wear it well...looks great on the wrist!... my BTRs below...pssst...$60usd/each!!! @Kruzer --> i'm learning about PAMs...can you explain and/or illustrate with pictures what the difference is in crown guards are for the 250/251s - what is meant by "pseudo-historic" and what is considered normal?...what does the gen have?...thx...R

Well done!... Congratulations and best wishes to you and your family... Beautiful baby... Happy for you... With all the craziness in the world today, your news is a great feel-good!... I just can't believe with all this watch talk, that you didn't post the TIME of birth!... R-

i'm shaking my head on the "hands issue"; and the other repli-maniac comments on a great approx $100usd watch... as best i can tell from various pix, the hands of the Narikaa PO are 2mm or so shorter...geez... it's not like there are Omega special op agents patrolling the world looking to lock up rep owners...

@whitestripes --> This model looks the same as the PO i just recieved from Narikaa a couple weeks ago... This 42mm PO has some 45mm features: bezel, "Professional" on the clasp, etc...it also has light AR coating...nothing like double AR from chieftang, etc, but not bad... see this thread for more pix and other latest 42mm PO comments... Narikka 42mm PO thread R-
