I just finished moving in to our new apartment.
After weeks of different handymen at our place and two different moving companies I cannot find my three watchcases containing 12 watches each.
There might be a possibility I packed them in a large box. (Perhaps you know how stressful it can be, when moving)
I don't know what to do if the watches are gone. I'm almost crying right now.
Master, master, where's the dreams that I've been after? http://pure-time.com/product/planet-ocean-professional-v6f-orange-bezel-45mm-on-ss-bracelet-a8500/ http://pure-time.com/product/planet-ocean-professional-v6f-ceramic-bezel-45mm-on-ss-bracelet-a8500/
I'm glad you enjoy your new watch.
As for screw down chrono pushers I have no idea whether the genuine have the same feature.
When it comes to water resistance I never trust ANY rep to be water resistant.
If I go swimming I only wear my Seiko divers.
If you show a pic of the clasp there might be some "fine tuning".
I wear one on my wrist and 2-4 in a travel watch case in my hand luggage.
Only once they asked me if the watches are for personal use or if I intended to sell them.
This was Italy by the way, and the customs officer hardly spoke any English at all.
Use your skills and ask him/her what local football (soccer) team the support, and from there you can't go wrong.
That's Italy of course...
I never understood why Rolex is so popular.
The only Rolex I ever had was the infamous Colamariner, initially bought as a joke for my Coca Cola collecting friend, but I ended up keeping it for myself.
I never liked Rolex because of the sizes.
And the (excuse my ignorance for forgetting it's name) "Ring lock" model didn't do it for me.
All my watches are >44mm.
I really like the looks of the vintage subs but they are way too small for me.
Then I found the Project X HS01 and instantly fell in love!
I know the rep has several flaws but I simply love it.
Probably more subs will follow.
And I must admit that the watch wears a lot larger than it's "tiny" ~40mm.
Sorry for pic quality.
I used my cellphone.
Watch was bought from Torobravos (fantastic service as usual).
Stuff happens in life and at least you could stand up and say you're sorry that a sale gone bad and explain what happened.
I recently lost my father and was like trapped under ice.
Didn't want to talk to anyone or visit the forums.
Perhaps a similair thing happened to the seller.
Glad you got your money back though.
