  1. This watch can be worn safely in the knowledge you will never be called out (if it's the swiss with AR etc...) It is so spot on it is scary, the only kind of person that will call it out, is someone fro this forum, but even then, I doubt they could, unless they observed the lume brightness after 10mins The best thing I found was when someone commented on my watch, was to tell them it was a rep, they then argued that I was pulling their leg
  2. Hopefully i the future we may see the introduction of such a movement. Just a year ago, the @ 6 seconds movement was a fantasy, something that we would have beheld as a massive breakthrough. Maybe in time, we will see a new movement, here's hoping!
  3. That would be the extremists though, not special forces, or would they be classed as special forces in their own right?
  4. U nfortunately I doin't think there is any standard way to approach them. I would go in and be frank about it really. Like you have stated, I have a replica watch, that has 7750 (asian), would you be prepared to service it. Again no standard answer to this one. If you go through our trusted dealers, you will receive the watch. As far as which Navi to go for, I can't really help there. I have a two tone Navitimer that has dials at 12,9,6 on a strap and love it. Another member, and also a big Breitling fan has one at 3,6,9 and it looks awesome on the strap too.
  5. Aerospace , it's the bad picture, but not for long, Im investing in a better camera that has a focus option One of the reasons I bought it, because I know it will never be repped to a great standard!
  6. Im going to Greece next weekend, they could have waited before they went throwing Rolex's to the masses
  7. Here in Britain, we have benfited from an extensive training regime since the 80's, all thanks to this man, I truely believe the British have the best special services due to this.......
  8. Nice SA Anton! Can't beat the real deal Excuse the blurry picture!
  9. Yes they do make them in blue also. Try www.authenticwatches.com they sometimes stock straps. Dont mention its for a rep if you ask them for one though!
  10. I have a local watchmaker near me who doesn't mind working on reps, and was more than happy to service the movement for me, best bet is to find a local watchsmith (not an Authorised Dealer mind you), and ask them.
  11. Looks really good, over the past 6 months Ive become a real fan of the JLC Master Compressors, wear it well!
  12. and hopefully they'll stay at the asian prices too!
  13. haha very good, yet he still couldn't defeat Bruce Lee
  14. Unfortunately the slide rule is one of the flaws. It doesn't line up perfectly, but by such a minimal amount, it isn't noticeable. Some people can't live with it, but from a massive breitling fan, I can assure you it isn't that bad at all. Just means if you are a pilot, it won't do your planning and flying much good! Apart from this they are pretty good reps!
  15. No the majority of them are Asian movements. There is only one dealer that publicly sells the Swiss version of the navitimer. Personally I would buy a $300ish Navitimer with the Asian 7750 movement, have it serviced for 'x' amount, then sit back and observe how much more money you have in your bank account compared to if you had have bought the swiss version.
  16. For the Swiss version it is just shy of $900. The one you mentioned is the asian version, and it is a modified 7750 movement to allow the repositioning of the subdials. This also causes the datewheel to sit a couple of mm below the dial, instead of flush with it.
  17. No worries. I've only just started getting into taking watches apart etc... It's surpising how much you can learn just from doing basic things like this.
