The watch belongs to a friend and he has already sent it to his AD for a proper investigation.I posted this cause i found the
behaviour of the watch very strange and the two symptoms are indeed not connected.My friend swears that all he did was to turn the
crown and screw it in place.
I have no further info since i first posted this thread,but i will definitely let you know about the cause of this when my
friend gets the watch back.
BTW Rob the EXP II is now working great,hairspring was stuck indeed and also the rotor place was off place!!!so much for the
"HANDLE WITH CARE" procedures of the Postal Services!!!
