Hey mate, try taking the back off of it and tightening the rotor screw very slowly. Keep making sure the rotor can still spin freely as you tighten, but try not to get finger prints on it! If you don't want to open the watch and try yourself, send it to Domi in Germany, he's the man for servicing in the EU and man he's good!! Sixx

I used to look at designer watches as a gimmick to sell the clothes that are worn with them in the adverts! I agree with others here, that most 'designer watches' are a waste of money these days.They feel light and 'flimsey' in comparison to a good Tag or Breit rep, the bracelets feel like you could snap them with one hand, again, in comparison to the aforementioned reps, they are garbage! BUT!! I just got a couple of Police watches and they are amazing value!! I've always liked their jewellery and have several pieces by them, but never really paid much attention to their watches, until the past few weeks! I got the 'Fastlane' Quartz in white dial with blue surrounds and the Portland reserve Automatic. I took some pics of the auto and the box and stuff, as I was going t make a post on what great quality it was, I will probably still do it or post them here in J's thread since they are the same subject! I seem to have gotten some ltd Edition Reserve, or one that is rarely seen, all the pics of Reserves that I've had people look at for me look the same, black dial with white accents. Mine is black dial with white accents and some red ones with red PR hand and seconds hand. The bracelet is pins, but really well built, I think the movement is a 23j number, but again I'm not sure on that as I can't see the movement and others that did wasn't sure. It has crystal front and rear, really solid, well made case. For the money, this is a top quality piece!! The quartz isn't quite the same quality, but still a grea piece for the money paid for it!! Don't know if the rest of the 'designer' crowd make theirs as well as the Police models, but I would say the Police, auto especially, holds it's own pretty well!! I'll post pics later. Sixx

This is the first chance I've had to hear this thread and I have to admit to having a lump in the throat and a tear in the eye!! I can't think of any other forum that would ralley round for someone like this place does!! I have been able to mess around a bit on here with my phone, but was real hard work getting it to do as it was told, so I never really got the chance to do or say much when I was trying to get online, so if you seen me wandering around, that's the reason, I was probably busy swearing profusely at my phone for not doing or going where I wanted it to!! Emails were easier for me to pick up and all were gratefully received and answered! The hamper is awesome, great big huge thing with amazing contents, thank you so much to everyone who chipped in!! I cannot express my gratitude enough, just the well wishes have me overwhelmed let alone the hamper!! So I'm 'back' properly now and will commence name calling and childish behaviour in the near future, still not feeling great so my victims may have to wait, sorry guys!! lol. Once again, I cannot express how much all this means to me and my family!! To know I have friends of this caliber is truely heart warming, feel free to send PM's if I haven't had the chance to talk to you as yet, I'll do my best to answer them ASAP. I've got a couple of mine on Hirsche Rally straps and they feel amazing, so much better than the rubber tyre strap!! I'm told they look way better as well. Might be worth looking into buying one of those or asking any of the dealers if they have bracelets that would fit, I wouldn't mind a SS bracelet on a couple of mine!! I own pretty much all the GTXL/XXL range, apart from the gen ETA7750 model. The Valgranes model is the Ltd Ed grey dialed SS, I have it in SS and RG, the pushers are really smooth and all in all the watch runs perfectly!! Never had problems with any of mine, from most expensive to the cheap 21j models!! Great watches IMO!! Sixx

You sure it's clicked out properly Nig? I had a similer problem with an older DSSD a while back, it wouldn't change or if it did it was very slight. Discovered that a small bit of pressure on the crown towards you, either up or down, will 'click' it into place for you. Other than that, maybe one of the Modders can chime in? Sixx
