  1. This is such a crazy policy. All you need to get around it is have some friends buy a bunch of 99 cent items to falsely drive up your sales. Good to know, I think I am a little short on sales, so I will be having some people I know buy some 'trinkets' before I list a high value item. What ever happened to Google's attempt at this?
  2. ...or really bad rotor bearings, if any. I have seen 21J Asian styles that sound like a loose marble bouncing around inside the case. Might just be the way it is.
  3. First rule is NEVER RESPOND to stuff like this. The broken English is immediately suspect. Second rule is scan the hell out of your computer for Malware/Virus, etc. Third rule get a Google Voice number, or other 'burner' type of phone number to use with online sales, etc.
  4. They are NOT traditional 703 with crimped/pressed inside edges. They look like like the newer 704/mono-block design. That last picture however, does not look right to me, and could be aftermarket. Without a side-by-side, some might be GEN 704 or look to be what BK was supplying on WM9's.
  5. YES!!!!! Rolex has officially removed the "TELL" from the aftermarket bezels we have been using. Just when you think you have Rolex parts pegged, something comes along and changes the game. AWESOME!!!
  6. First, if you have not read this: http://www.rwg.cc/to...nds-6-movement/ -- Read it. I pulled this off the back burner, hell bent on: 1.) Freezing a Center Seconds, 3 & 9 Subdials, for what could be a reliable Center Seconds Daytona. (But non-working chrono, so appearance only) What I found, and it can be done.... CAUTION - Working on this movement requires a similar skill set to working on a 7750. The Auto-Winding assembly was never really meant to be disassembled on this otherwise 'disposable' movement. Pics to explain it all: I will keep you updated....
  7. Might be an imageshack server issue. Check back later and they may re-appear.
  8. Now that "Wire Transfers" are getting easier, I am noticing a lot more of them in higher end sales on other (GEN) forums. Also, while some forums prohibit sellers (RWI?) from using the PP Gift option- I think it should be up to the buyer & seller. Funny thing is, a wire transfer offers no protection just like a PP Gift, so I fail to see the BAN (on some forums). When dealing with eBay/PP, or certain high value transactions, I OVER DOCUMENT my sale, including single shot video footage of packaging said item.
  9. Ahh good catch. Now I think something is up here. Re-Dial that has been cooked, and a myrid of gen parts.
  10. You need the 2009 and later models. I believe Rafflestime and Rouhelena has them.
  11. I think it is ~okay~. Clearly the case has been polished, and the crystal Polywatched. Judging from the date disc, the watch has been well worn and "serviced" multiple times. Crystal may be aftermarket, but who cares as that is user serviceable. Crown looks like a 702.
  12. I have ordered from Ofrei dozens of times, and never with an issue. However, I know the exact part I want, and use the Online Order System. Some of his crystals are the superior Sternkruz crystal. Order that if you can. I think there is a SK in the Part Number.
  13. Exactly, they glow bright after a charge, and only with a dark room and adjusted eyes will you see the glow (quality)REP or GEN. Exception: Ball Watch and Doxa 800Ti with Tritium Tubes. (I think a few other brands are using Tritium Tubes now). My Ball's glow with the same intensity 24x7
  14. A lot of cool variations pictured. Proving once again-- just when you think you have Rolex all figured out, something else pops up that changes the story.
  15. I have a new tradition of "Flat Top's" on NYE. Starting a few years ago when Ubi lent me his Tudor: So this year, my 1680
  16. So what is the story with the top photo? A modified GEN movement?
  17. My big question is do they show up with 580 or 555 or something else stamped on them. My problem with him, is his photos are stock photos and not WYSIWIG.
  18. Besides, this is RWG = REAL Watch Guide. Nothing to see here move along... If it tells time, it is a real watch after all.
