Pull the crown out one more click and then it is in the time setting mode....First click is date..Second click is time. The top button starts and stops the chrono and the bottom one resets the hands back to the starting position.

I have a 3570.50.00 Speedy from the 90's with a triium dial and calibre 1861 and it is one of my favorite watches. They are true classics and the one you grabbed Chief is a beaut and not a bad price to match.
