Want to get a watch lumed, but I know Vac is in the states and so are all the other modders who do lume jobs. Are there any lumers in Canada? I don't want to send it down to the States and have it sent back up here to Canada only to risk customs twice. I'd rather not have to risk Customs at all if I can.

well, cartels and their sinister activities are beyond the scope of what the OP wanted to hear about, imho, but I wont stop wearing reps because of that. i have the log in screen to but i can still get in without loggin in. i hit the 'view new content' once, and it brings back "no new replies" I hit it again, and then i get my userid and the entire list of new content. No signing in necessary.

I've got the exact same wireless router as you. I have problems with my router about once ever week or every other week. It doesn't acquire the wireless signal, but I can still get the wired signal out of the router. It says "connected, with limited access" but that does not get me to the internet. Sometimes it aquires it after about 5 or 10 mins. or so on its own. Last night it did not aquire the signal all night long, so I pushed in the reset button. Had to do that several times and then it worked. Don't know if you have access through the wired system on the dir615 or not, but if you do, then you should be able to do what I have been doing to get it running. I haven't reset my router back to defaults yet, but tempted several times, but the signal got through anyways without further setting.

the Red at top is the automatic version, and the red at bottom is the quartz version (in gen speak). btw, the last pic you showed is a fantasy version. The red SMP only comes in a co-axial cronhonmeter vierson chronometer version.

are you sure that's a high beat or is that just a mistake on his website? he's got the spec at 2813 but a high beat. I know there are high beat 2813's, but not sure if this is what Josh has in the watch. Anyone confirm directly with Josh if it is in fact a high beat 2813?

I would disagree with the cheapo Explorer 1, but agree with the swiss eta/clone eta Explorer 1. The crown is the dead giveaway. Even the swiss/clone version is a teeny weeny bit off, but way more convincing than the asian piece of crap

the only "half decent" Calatrava rep I know of is the ref3919, as it is true to the 34mm diameter. But, the roman numeral font is still a bit on the narrow side. as mentioned, the aquanauts are pretty good reps.

just make sure you also get a high hand stack. some 4813's are only low hand stacks, and when you put everything together, you either get the hands to fit and the stem doesn't line up or you get the stem to line up and then the handstack is too low.(cuz you put in the spacer).

sh it i wish i would have done this before. lost a b&r hex screw. ordered one from mark at timessop and got that one on. a week later i lost the second one. asked him to get me another one, and this time he couldn't deliver. so now i am stuck with a screw less lug. wish i could have learnt about the loctite s h i t earlier.
