Ok, so the WSO 114270 bezel fit perfectly around the Clark 295-25 no date crystal. No sanding required. And as it turns out, despite his poor reputation, the bezel looks pretty darn good IMHO. Check it out: photo sharing image upload

I'm having the same issue with Natalie at the moment

The difference now is about 1.3mm where the crystal diameter is larger than the bezel inner diameter. I was hoping to be able to trim the bezel a bit to get a good fit as i assume 1.3mm is to dramatic of a difference to fit the bezel over the crystal?

Hi folks. So I'm pressing a WSO 114270 bezel over a Clark 25-295 crystal and was wondering if anyone new how much bigger you want the outside diameter of the crystal to be than the inside diameter of the bezel? Can anybody help me out here?
