  2. You're welcome sir. The strap took some shine work as it comes a little on the flat/matte side. A little leather treatment and some elbow grease, and you're in business

  8. Z, i agree with both of you but it's more than just gun control. How about making mental health treatment more available and affordable first of all and secondly accurately diagnosing people with serious mental health issues.

  16. Thanks for the kind words gentlemen. @civic4982, This may be the movement/dial just needing a slight twist. I'm going to open her up tonight and take a closer look but you're right; it is off a bit. As far as the 25-31 question, not sure what you mean. pb worked the case and installed the crystal only if that's who you’re referring to.
  17. I know, ANOTHER SNOWFLAKE? OK, so this is the second half to my 16800 build: http://www.rwg.cc/topic/152701-my-uber-franken-makeshift-16800-wannabe/?hl=+16800 I used the guts of an MBW 1680 for that 16800 project and saved the case for my Snowflake venture. Pbdad trimmed and soften the case and installed the crystal for me and I did the rest. The 16800 is actually with Pb now for lughole drilling. Parts list: Dial and hands from eBay MBW case reworked by the master, pbdad New Sea-Gull ST2130 from eBay Clark 125 plexi Ofrei pearl in MBW insert (I think it’s an MBW insert) Franken’ 93150 bracelet assembled from a variety of sources Over all, this was a fun project and I am happy with the results. My first upgrade will be a Gen old school 703 crown with Clark tube. I also thought about a new dial. This one is decent but is by no means accurate. Maybe upgrade to an ETA 2824. The Sea-Gull runs strong and is brand new though so may just stick with that. The MBW case was designed with a 2836 in mind but the 2824 clone worked out quite nicely with a proper movement ring and clamps. Anyway, check out some photos and tell me what ya’ll think. 18. Or you could do a Tudor build and not have to worry about the datewheel.
  19. Will an ETA fit with a movement holder?

  22. Very nice work. You need a Yuki or Ofrei pearl in that and maybe a gen crown. Looks fantastic though. Agreed Z, the CG's look amazing.
  23. WOW, that's friggin' hot!
