its not so easy as it sounds you need some basic knowledge about Rolex cases - or some good pics - i whould stay away from machines - the work is faster done but also your watch is faster [censored] up take your time ! relax ! have fun a few beer help sometimes careful with matte spray ! - wrong spray = ruined dial careful with baking and bleaching ! - 30 sec too long - adios dial, hands, insert ... get some GOOD tools -start with sreewdrivers cheers, Frank

you can find some infos in BKs section @ RegGeek - looks like the Subs are shitty but the movment is nice and takes gen dial+hands ... but the movements are not available without watch ....
