I'm not concerned with the high "cost" of the genuine .. that dosen't motivate me to purchase a rep otherwise the SOSF.. would not be on so many wrists Nor that it took this long to mod the movement.. if it was that simple . I'm sure all of the nay sayers should of been able to do it themselves.. Been waiting for the PO with this movement since last year.. so I'm just grateful that it is released now .. and for the future of rest of the reps to come Instead of whining ... I'll just be happy recieving the PO .. the first with the correct sub spacings... first it was the AP's with running seconds @12 .. that took about a year to complete the movement too .. glass half full and all that jazz

I have been dealing with Joshua now for several years... after experiencing other dealers service after purchase .. they may have cheaper prices, but I could not source parts .. which Joshua pays for. so ... as I was removing the crystal on the Slevin to send to Chief .. sheesh this was a year or longer ago .. the screw on the inside of the case that starts and stops the chrono and also hold the spring and tab in place .. must have been loose and BAM !! tab and spring disappeared.. so Joshua sent me another.. and .. long story short.. whist looking for a spring bar found the spring and tab.. so I saved the one that Joshua sent me.. does that answer your Enquiring Mind TT ???

I have in the past had 3 Customs "Hold" (Thailand) alway's with a registered letter to my mail service (so I don't have to put my signature on anything) the letter states "improper invoice" and a notice that if I do not contact Customs within 30 day's the item will be sent back to it's origin.. the tracking in the US will just show "Inbounds into Customs".. nothing else.. the letter by registered mail is SOP and the recipient WILL recieve it.. I alway's choose not to respond and show proof of the letter... the dealer has alway's recieved the merchandise back so without the letter the merchandise will not be with Customs.. the tracking will show the normal "out bounds from Customs" and "Delivered"

an "oversized ??" do you mean a larger size than the IWC "engraved" buckle?.. there is no nuch animal..if you want the "IWC" engraved that is. I have a genuine strap and buckle for my slevin.. and you really cannot tell it that much from the rep.. are you talking a 'fantsy' buckle ?? if you want a straight IWC buckle you may want to check out the dealers and see who is selling the straps .. they don't sell just the rep buckle..

thanks again asim ! "Ceramic" conveys a dressier "thought" .. but IMO the piece is more of a "working timepiece" and the 5 ring pvd Zulu .. adds a very macho look but doesn't clash with the feeling of the watch.. I also have a hktan pilot gator in black that Iwas going to check out on the ceramic.. I'll add pics later today.. about an inch to,.. 1 1/2"... I should of taken a pic of the underside.. I'll do that later.. it just "falls" out of the last ring nicely and I used my cigar lighter and just dabbed at the edge to melt the nylon

The best 3717 available would be those that have been modded .. chieftangs .. AR service Ziggy re-lume and either the A7750 serviced or a Swiss Valjoux installed. and of course a hktan pilot strap either buffalo or gator .. OEM specs All factory dealers on the forums list can supply the 3717.. it's up to you how far you want to take it.. Chiefs AR (the best) is 50 usd for AR 10 usd for rep AR removal .. add shipping Ziggy's lume (??) dunno I haven't had my 3717 in yet. hktan gator about 189 usd... buffalo about 149 usd I have threads with pics .. hktan straps and Chiefs Ar compared to the rep AR ... and a pic of my IWC BP 5002 with Ziggy's lume .. you need to do a search.. they are all here in the iWC section.
