  1. Nothing homage about those dials, nice logo one Do you have a link? Cases look like JacksonTse type.
  2. pm sent (he is a dealer over on RG)
  3. Besides a gen one, Little Hero's seems to be the closest available - but there is another member from RG working on one.
  4. I've never come across a rep of that strap, so I'm thinking it must be gen
  5. I think you meant PAM250 How do you like the new style bracelet? And do you know if it is the cheaper or higher quality version of it (bracelet)? Where did yo get the 250? That is one nicer CG.
  6. Always thought the factories just did that because they had a batch of gaskets that were too small to fit the case, but could be put on the back's threading A few DSN backs came that way. Nice 196 case, I like the low strap dimple between the lugs, like the EL cases. You say you've got a 188 7753, is it the one with a lower bezel than gen? Just asking because my 250 7753 has the thinner bezel, so I was thinking about transferring a higher bezel from another 250 case.
  7. There are two styles of rep bracelets available, the old one with "D" (or "Y") shaped links, and the newer one with all rectangular links. It seems the newer one is available in lower and better quality versions. You may want to contact Hont and see if he still can get them. However, there is a big chance they won't fit a genuine PAM. Unlike the straps, they have tabs to hold them in place, and some have screws as well, so if the end links aren't perfect they may not fit onto your lugs. But as they only cost between $70 (check the sales area here) to $85 (new), why not just pick one up and try it out. If it doesn't fit, you can easily sell it here
  8. And for those of you unsure about what size to order, all 6497 stems (Asian and Swiss) are 1.2mm. Most Asian 7750 stems are 0.9mm, but you can also use the 1.2mm stems in them, while most ETA 7750 stems are 1.2mm, but you can also use 0.9mm stems in them.
  9. Really nice shots there.
  10. Hobnail? Or Waffle?
  11. Why would you want to put a crown on a crown ?? If you are asking if you can replace the DSN with a T one, yes you can, but you will probably have to do a lot of adjusting of the stem length and sanding of CG feet - it depends upon type of CG, length of CG lever end, etc...
  12. T crown has either 60 teeth, or 48 teeth (48 is like gen). T crown is a little thicker, like the gen. T crown has a deeper "dish". DSN crowns are spring loaded. DSN costs less.
  13. It looks like the Palp will have the same amount of teeth, same beveling, but will give you the option of dish depth , and may even be available in a spring loaded version :D Oh, and it is priced lower, well was priced lower before T announced his special pricing.
  14. That's odd, you must have had one side closer to the lamp when charging it, as the lower half seems brighter than the top part of the dial. Also, it may just be the lighting, but Zig's paint seems to be darker than the gen hands. The gen hand colour is much closer to the blue on the right sub-dial. Here's a pic:
  15. And no complaints from the neighbours, about their kids not being able to get to sleep? Or the locals coming to worship the luminous glow, emitting from your home? Wearing my Rexified 111 today
  16. I'm not sure, he did end up adding it to the list above (in red), but I guess no pricing yet ?? I'm also not sure if there was ever a pic posted, as I'd like to see the amount and angle of the bevel.
  17. Is that an 082 I see there?
  18. I think knowing the prices may have a bearing on the number requested in our email
  19. No titanium?
  20. A very illuminating thread indeed .... ugh, that was corny Have they all been re-lumed, or is there a factory lumed one among them?
  21. Wow, that is very nice work - I actually saw a pic before he treated it, and it looks so different. Now I'm really looking forward to finalizing my colour choice with him ... come on BB what's taking you so long with those pics, it must have been 15 minutes since I requested them BTW Croc is good too By the way, is that 24/24 or 24/22? EDIT: Oh, and the 250 looks nice too
  22. All the dealers are under "Watches, clothing, and accessories", also look at the members sales area.
  23. First off welcome to the forum. Next, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but those crystals are not easy to source. However another member may have one, so you could put a WTB (Want to buy) post in the Wanted section of the forum. Oh and finally, if you had been a member here before your purchase, you would have found out that the best rep version of that model would have only cost around $280 from our "trusted" dealers. So better start browsing the forums Also you find out you will better responses if you post pics
  24. Thanks for the tips. I've started to use watch/camera lint free paper when handling the Rodico (tearing pieces off and placing on toothpic, etc). I'm just waiting for my Bergeon leather buffer before tackling the silver hands though. Also in the process of making a 111H build with silver hands, so all the above tips will be quite useful Thanks all.
  25. That CG looks so bootiful Happy New Year
