Yes, since you mention it, Angus was one of the several dealers first called "the cartel" but he's not normally referred to as such nowadays in a casual manner.
Go to Perfect Clones and look at the latest Explorer release. Available in ETA or a21j for as low as $128, in white OR aged dial colors.
Ask Angus (or his helpers) to source the watch with the better dial. Or not! Its up to you, of course.

Quartz for $78 .... the gens come in quartz, yes. Women are not like men, and absolutely hate mechanical movements. They don't understand why they keep stopping.
your link is not working, but if I can guess, you are trying to show me the TimesShop special Noobfactory sales event where the watches are 1/2 price of what we pay on this forum. Yes they are fine.
The folded bracelet is accurate, yes ... but ... why is he still selling the OLD stock of bad dials? It's been almost a year since they fixed how the markers should touch the rehaut.
Unless Angus sells a different EII than the newest cartel version?
When you want to search this forum, don't use the limp search system.
Just use Google, and insert site:www.rwgforum.com into the search box along with your search words. That tells Google to only search RWG for your answers.
Welcome to the Forums. More than likely any of the trusted dealers in this Community can source this piece for you. Simply see the area for dealers, and go to one of their web sites. I bet you will have a choice between generic china, SeaGull, and swiss ETA movements.
You know ... when I was typing "precious time" I was thinking to myself "is that right? it doesnt sound right" .. I knew it was Angus in my head .. heheh
When I accidentally hit a DLC watch against metal, it is always the *metal* that scratches, not the watch. It leaves a streak of shiny metal on the surface of the DLC which can be removed with a pencil eraser.
