  1. Yes, since you mention it, Angus was one of the several dealers first called "the cartel" but he's not normally referred to as such nowadays in a casual manner. Go to Perfect Clones and look at the latest Explorer release. Available in ETA or a21j for as low as $128, in white OR aged dial colors. Ask Angus (or his helpers) to source the watch with the better dial. Or not! Its up to you, of course.
  2. The cartel released a very good version 1 year ago. We are trying to tell you this.

As long as you do not care it is a low beat a21j, then it is good.
  4. http://www.rwgforum....nese-quartz-78/ http://www.rwgforum....nese-quartz-78/ Quartz for $78 .... the gens come in quartz, yes. Women are not like men, and absolutely hate mechanical movements. They don't understand why they keep stopping.

your link is not working, but if I can guess, you are trying to show me the TimesShop special Noobfactory sales event where the watches are 1/2 price of what we pay on this forum. Yes they are fine.
  6. Thank you for 3000 insightful posts.
  7. Trevor Time just posted a j12 in black in 2 sizes, maybe 2 days ago. One mens and one womens.
  8. The folded bracelet is accurate, yes ... but ... why is he still selling the OLD stock of bad dials? It's been almost a year since they fixed how the markers should touch the rehaut. Unless Angus sells a different EII than the newest cartel version?
  9. When you want to search this forum, don't use the limp search system. Just use Google, and insert site:www.rwgforum.com into the search box along with your search words. That tells Google to only search RWG for your answers.
  10. Why would Chinese factory owners cut their milk with .. what was it a couple of years ago .. gypsum ?? maximize profit.
  11. it's about delivering the bare minimum acceptable to the buyer, to maximize profits earned.
  12. Where did you source this watch? I is the most gen DSSD I have ever seen. Is it a gen?
  13. Last year I bought one for $50 shipped airmail.
  14. If you would like to try a beautiful folded link bracelet, I know Mary @ Watch International sells them and they fit this watch (I have one)
  15. thank you.
  16. What did you use to touch-up the bare metal of the date window after you filed it larger?
  17. Im sure the wait for the IWC will be well-worth it. They are beautiful pieces. and welcome.
  18. Yes thats correct. The PT 1680 dial and date wheel are too far left, SO the Clark 127 is off the right. Unfortunate, really.

  20. Ooo!!
  21. Welcome to the Forums. More than likely any of the trusted dealers in this Community can source this piece for you. Simply see the area for dealers, and go to one of their web sites. I bet you will have a choice between generic china, SeaGull, and swiss ETA movements.
  22. Welcome Back ... the short story is TJGladeRaider is back on the forum after 18 months, and selling some of his huge, prized MBW collection.
  23. You know ... when I was typing "precious time" I was thinking to myself "is that right? it doesnt sound right" .. I knew it was Angus in my head .. heheh
  24. When I accidentally hit a DLC watch against metal, it is always the *metal* that scratches, not the watch. It leaves a streak of shiny metal on the surface of the DLC which can be removed with a pencil eraser.
  25. Just as an added note .. the 7750 has over 200 parts! Very complicated, no?
