  1. Rec'd today... Some hastey wrist shots- And a quick lume shot- My MBW 1665 will be taking a day off today while I sport this hockey puck on my wrist
  2. These look, for the most part, to be quite nice. Of course there are some small flaws, but overall, a very nice timepiece.
  3. On the PN? Yes, I noticed that too.... The one @ 12:00 is especially interesting, since it shouln't be there
  4. Hmmmmm..... Friday- MBW 1665 Franken: Saturday(?)- DW 6265: Sunday(?) MBW 7928 Franken: Or maybe I'll just default to the 1665 all weekend, as per usual
  5. Fitch- Based on the two pics posted, they're also two completely different watches. The first looks to be an 18k 6263 standard dial- This one is signed 'Oyster' on the dial, and so a Triplock crown and screwdown pushers are correct for this one. The second looks like possibly another variation or option to the rep- This time a 6239 or 6241 PN (Exotic dial, non-Oyster signed, and pump pushers). Might just be two different options of the rep available? I dunno....
  6. Pug- You should have a Swiss Valjoux 7750 dropped in instead!
  7. Just got it back... Where did it go (or, maybe the more appropriate question is, what did you have done)?
  8. Pismo said long, long ago... MBW's are not replicas. Rather, they are clones. I have to agree 100% with this statement (and I would also include the vintage Cosmo and El Primero frankens in that category as well)
  9. Of all my watches, I only have one daily companion...
  10. Sydney- If you want to email me the pics, I will post them for you...
  11. Looks like it. $45 reasonable? In my opinion, a little overpriced for what it is.
  12. Well, if you like the dial, and are satisfied with it, then I say go for it. The watch has to make you happy first and foremost- If this dial hits the mark for you, then it's worth picking up
  13. B series was a transitional period for the majority of Panerai models- PAM029 GMT's included, so 'L SWISS MADE L' and 'T SWISS MADE T' are both correct, as both are known to exist... http://www.network54.com/Forum/353391/thread/1134028826/
  14. I'll try to mail them out in the next day or two. Thanks, R
  15. Yes... I rec'd one from him a few months back identical to the one you posted. I currently also have a red 1680 dial from him as well. Again, they're nice, but there are better, more accurate dials out there...
  16. Well, most vintage pieces coming in for service these days will have their old crowns/tubes replaced with the new 24-7030-0 parts, so it's not uncommon to see vintage Sports models fitted with these items.
  17. I had one of those very recently. Not bad... But, my advice is to keep looking! There's better ones out there...
  18. If hands from the 21j Asian fit the Miyota, then I have a set sitting in my box that I'll never use. If they're needed, I'll send them free of charge in the U.S. If not, then in the trash can they go.
  19. A little more info- PAM232 - 47mm Radiomir Base PAM249- 47mm Radiomir california dial Supposedly, these will be released in the same type of mannyer as the 127 (limited run spread over 2 years with production run resembling that of of a historical year (i.e. 1936/1938, etc).
  20. Yes... Ink dye is what I've used (pigment dye). Works well, however, I am sure you could come up with some excellent results using a powder media if done correctly! That could be interesting!
  21. Would definitely like to see pics!
