I like that strap mate....the colour isnt for my taste TBH but the style and shape I really like.. So what do you think of the plexi? I really didnt like mine so swapped for DSNs..although its too high...I still aint got round to reducing its height !! Too scared !! I like the resin finsh in the dial....and you cant beat a nice bit of gap Very sweet very tasty.... wear it well mate

I like it mate... I love the dial ... and a destro Where is the OPB bezel from? It doesnt look like a Gordon but then I am no expert.... I havent seen one that seems so narrow/thin... so you get more of the dial..but maybe thats the case...again I am no expert But i really like it....

Thats what I meant mate because of that difference between head and slot they are easy to spot...they dont remain polished they react differently so finish between them is different ..its one way but of course the overall finish and look of the proper heated method is never the same as rep or DIY look Good luck mate

What about the others mentioned none of them meet your standards... Your OP asked if there were any out there the answer is there are as mentioned by ST but none with Swiss.... But for around 200 Euros thats an easy fix and the least of your concerns with reps The Chrono was an alternative option given your comment about not knowing much about PAMs... So whats not decent about the omes you have found? Have you looked at the ones suggested.....and I aint referring to the chronos

You will never get any reliable responses unless you give more info on the watch... there are a lot of Black dial chrono APs with steel bracelets out there from quartz to secs at 12 and varying models and versions... So the short answer is ...enjoy your diver 3.5 and your gens and go back to RWI and sell it ....

Looks very nice mate...and I like the engraving on the lug side but then I am a fashionable sort of dude .. ;) ;) !!! The AR doesnt look as good as the sales pics...?? What do you think G ? Or is it your camera skills The finish of the brass is very nicely understated that brush finish really gives it a very classy look ...(Yes I am also a classy dude..!! ;) ) Decent price too but a 47mm would really swing it for me ( Yes I am also a swinging sort of dude !! ;) ) I always forget the designation for these Pilot dials...

You could try a WTB for a DOA movement and swap plates Or contact one of the modders or guys on here that play about ...they may be able to help Out of interest though ....Rep screws are painted not heat treated and most gens now even use a different method using chemical teatment as its cheaper... Quality swiss screws are nickel plated which needs to be removed before heating so an easy way to judge the difference between a painted screw and a heated screw is the slot of the screw will not blue like the head as it still has a nickel coating on it...its too fiddly to remove A painted screw is fully blue slot and all...of course the tone and finish of the blue is different .... the chemical process is a dfferent tone and finish too Some guys do DIY heat treat the rep or cheap screws as they are just polished SS not nickel plated so again you can see the difference in the shade and finish The Rep PAM screws are an easy tell

The Q25 will fit the new jackson 6152-1 case mate... but some need a little sanding but only a fraction If I were you try going to one of the cheaper strap makers there are loads out there... and quality can still be great

I am lost mate...why did you buy it given the responses ? If you bought on eBay then you open an eBay dispute/claim which automatically opens a PP dispute...but before you do that you should contact seller and tell him its a fake and you have verified it... tell him you expect a refund or you will file a claim... in a polite way and give him a deadline for reply

There are a few out there mate as S said plus the 305 sub and its off spawn... but there is nothing to stop you fitting your own swiss after buying.... as most of these if not all willl require some modding as the maker doesnt use good enough lume IMHO plus AR.. So get one you like and mod it ti meet those standards you expect Or think out the box and buy an auto and swap the crystal.... all depends if you want acuurate or what you want

Looks nice mate Looks like you did some refinishing on the CG too? I am not sure about the hands for me I mean...it could be the pics but they seem lost on the dial..though the dial is lovely Defo think the plexi would really lift the watch but I am a sucker for the higher and I like the strap as it is.... but I would also like either a reddish brown or Egyptian on it too with that dial.. Those 917s are so good looking.... even better in the hand..I just get mesmorised by the wheel decoration Thanks for sharing

Where have you shipped to with that ? Sometimes its better to track on the receiving countries mail service..as although it may not be scanned by originator country they are scanning on entry to destination country... And be careful if its UK then I have had tracking say that package is being returned that I had ordered and then it arrived to me !!! Who is the muppet mate ? So I know not to deal with him
