I have seen plenty of women on the forums wearing HBBs..... and for some they love em..... the best Womans HBB is by the H maker not the TAG maker (V6)... But generally most prefer others.... You should also be careful with a blanket statement on the V6 models... not all are great...they vary... some are the best OTB available and some need work before you put it on your wrist.. The 38mm HBB s are the best HBB option for a smaller wrist and there are some nice OTB versions out there.... My personal favourite on my wife is here Chanel 12 ceramic.... they are quartz and are indistinguishable from the gens on the wrist.... my mrs has the white, the pink and the black with CZ bezels and markers... the black looks like polished antrhacite...really catches the light

There is a guy selling a lower end MM rep in sales section with clasp you need.... Its reasonably cheap...he is after £50 which is what about $70-75.... you would pay that from a dealer for buckle and strap and shipping Plus he might take less or just sell strap and buckle ...worth a punt mate

I thought I would post a few pics of the gen MM strap along side the current H makers rep plus a few short comments You can see in the pics that the gen has much better profiles,depths and is also a different shade. The only way I can describe it...is looking at the gen you see a tyre/tire tread..looking at the rep you see squiggles. The gen really looks like a tyre ... Feel wise the rep feels like plastic rather than rubber...sort of like those cheap plastic rulers kids get... it really is sweaty to wear and significantly it smells.. The gen has a really strong odour of vanilla...I mean really strong... you can smell it on your wrist.. even other people have asked "what's that vanilla smell?" so its pungent.. The edging is different on the gen to rep and the gen is thicker...Overall the gen is worth the $120 I paid without doubt... but you can also use a nice PAM style strap etc... I really think and certainly for me...once you have seen the gen on the wrist ...the rep is easy to spot IMHO The strap options are limitless as the 24mm straps will fit with a little negotiation.. I have had several 24mm PAM straps on it... which is nice as they are padded so look well sitting up into the lugs.. But any 24mm strap will work...all you need to do is place lug of strap on hard surface and push slightly on both ends...its only 1/2 mm each side then slip it in the lugs...simplez.. Also some of you like the brown Chopard strap on the grey dial...you might be interested to know that Hadley Roma do a very similar shaped/padded and finish and its only $23 on the bay... Its also a very good qulaity especially for the dosh... I think model reference is 3085. Best place for a replacement would be Rochest at WI.. Ask him for the TAG maker clasp if possible as its better than the H makers

Was it those new Moli movements? The one with push button crown release? Get a thick CB mate and pretend its a Corte :) Rivers midcase aint bad for money mate and better than DSNs I have seen... plus welded wires..

I am with the 'Thin' vote mate.... Dont see so many and its a more classic fusion of new and old... IMHO Plus it gets you out of that River plexi..for me it ruins the gaposis.. but thats just me...

Looks really nice mate.. I like the plexi ...was it a straight fit? ..I think Rs is 40.1 so I am guessing so.. I really dont like the milk bottle lens effect on Rs... Nice work OOI ..Did you use Rs movement ring or another?....If it was Rs was it a straight fit? .... I have had nothing but trouble with the Moly rings he sent me for his cases... ended up using modded DSNs

Nice build mate and some very nice parts... I dont suppose you have a better profile shot ? The one above is a bit to arty for me to see I would really be interested to see the bezel and crystal height better plus the profile on non Crown side.. Thats a lot of work going on there mate..well done.... Its nice to know that there will be another option on remarking the plates on the Molly.... that looks like the font size for the Spiral Breguet would it not have been easier to go with the smaller fonted 'Rolex' with the '17 Rubis.Fab Suisse' only rather than try the Swiss Made and 17 Rubis and Fab Suisse etc? I just mean there must be less work that way ... I suppose it goes on what your looking to use it on of course is it for the 3646 or is the case irrelevant? And if so which one mate...Tell us your plan :) Great work ..look forward to the next thread update
