  1. Had me fooled on the PAM 24, but how did you get the date font like that?
  2. $700 is my ceiling for this one.
  3. Idiot....... Nothing much more than a stunt to impress his WIS buddies. Some people in this world just have too much free time on their hands............
  4. You know me..... Definitely would get one, but if you want to do a group deal, make it quick, as I want one NOW!!!!!!!!
  5. That's it, I MUST get this one. I have been waiting too long, finally it's here.
  6. It's anybody's game this time, but I do expect the game to be as entertaining as the Netherlands/Portugal game yesterday.
  7. The ST-18 has been working very well for me recently, it functions like a genuine 2892, the movement keeps time +/- 1 second a day, and the hand sweeps as smoothly as a genuine 2892 as well. I could only tell the the difference was the lack of the ETA engravings, but I don't care, as long as it runs well and reliably. I can vouch for all the members who write good reviews about this movement, it really is that good. I think the notion of "genuine ETA" movement being better is pure [censored], as quite a few Asian mvoements are as reliable, if not more reliable than ETA movements. The Venus copy also comes to mind.
  8. The bloody bastards at Paypal............ Hope you get everything sorted out, TTK, it can be such a pain in the ass to work with these people. I think using TT is a feasible option, but again, the issue is the outgoing fee for the buyer, since banks in Canada want $30.00 Canadian for an outgoing transfer no matter the cost. I think you could encourage this by offering a discount on the watch to offset some of the fees for the buyer, that would motivate the buyer to use TT more. Or, you could start using services like Moneybookers or upcoming Gbuy I guess. Just my 2 cents.....
  9. Would love one too, but it would be very hard to do, as there would be numerous issues involving the movment in the watch, since the layout of the subdials is like a Rolex 116520, and there would also be a problem with the datewheel being sunken in, like the 196s with Asia 7750. Overall, it's doable, but I think it would have a lot of flaws that will turn a lot of people off. Another way they could do it, is to copy the F. Piguet movement, but that seems highly unliklely, and there would probably be major issues with reliability anyways. Just my 2 cents.
  10. Yuuuuckkkkkkk............... What possessed you to think I would want such a fugly POS like this?
  11. Bring on Portugal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  12. Nope, in Liverpool for this match, I came up here from London on Thursday.
  13. Eagerly awaiting the game to start.............
  14. Genuine Audemars Piguet Limited Edition Titanium Juan Pablo Montoya Offshore. See if you can repeat this 10 times
  15. I don't like it, the placement of the date looks awkward to me.
  16. Looks good, but I would just be careful with the bracelet on this watch, they have a habit of falling out.
  17. Jacob & Co. watches= Tasteless, ugly, expensive crap that can barely be called a watch to begin with.
  18. Amazing collection..... I have a few displays like these, but from different brands. I have a Rolex display, which I paid a Rolex dealer $50 for, and I have the Michael Schumacher display which I bought from the same dealer for $50. Too bad it turned out that they threw away 100 Rolex stands a few months earlier (their AD status was revoked for both Rolex and Omega)
  19. Wow, a Corum costs $2,500, I wonder what you guys think of a guy who buys APs, Breguets and Pateks. You guys must think I'm absolutely nuts. (Which I am, admittedly )
  20. Nah, I highly doubt Eriksson being manager had anything to do with England not winning over the Swedish. The problem lies with the players, IMO, they wouldn't have beat Sweden even if the manager was an Englishman.
  21. The England vs. Trinidad and Tobago game was last week, boys.
  22. Wore this during my watch shopping trip this morning in London:
  23. Somehow, this just sounded wrong to me.
