  1. I don't really understand your problem with what I posted. I am just saying that selling knives on this forum "could" draw more unwelcome attention to our little replica watch forum. Whats so UNBELIEVABLE about that? Please do tell.............
  2. As you can see I said "I don't have any problems with them being sold here" But if there was an incident with a knife in the UK, be it fatal or non-fatal, then police would trace it's original place of puchase. If by a very small chance it was traced back to this forum as it's point of sale, then it could spell the end of this forum. Now that has a great deal to do with me and the other forum members. Anyway it's not up to me, but it is worth considering that they pose a far greater risk to the authorities than a replica watch. That sort of attention is not what this kind of forum needs is it?
  3. @1:As a member of this forum my views are as valid as any forum member. Please see below. @2: Selling knives that may not be legal in the UK, to UK members will pull in a lot more heat than replica watches for sure. You have not considered this? That's a bit short sighted with the current knife problems in the UK. @3: I am not seeking answers to UK legislation, in fact I provided that information, as a link in this thread. @4: That is very true, but I have only mentioned the UK nowhere else. All joking aside my comments to you in this thread were in jest as I hope yours were to me, but if you make a serious post in my direction then please address me by my forum name. My previous question is still unanswered? Cheers
  4. I don't have any problems with them being sold here, but this is a quote from the link I provided: "What You Can't Have ... The following items are banned from sale within the UK (although if you already own one you may keep it, but not use it outside of your own property) ... Switchblades, automatics or 'flick-knives', gravity knives, balisongs or 'butterfly knives', push daggers, belt buckle knives, sword canes, or knuckle-duster knives." Are any of those knives being sold here?
  5. Hehe, don't be to harsh as he is the newkid
  6. Not sure how you would know, but thinking your own problems are the same as everyone else's is not a good sign. Do you suffer from being a bit introspective at times?
  7. By telling him not to read or post about such things are you not doing the same thing? EDIT: @ Gunnar Gran
  8. You must have the wrong guy. I have never purchased anything from you
  9. Not everyone enjoys the same things you do TTK
  10. The original post had zero south park conext, If he had said "Do a Cartman on your ass and hand over ......" The video was funny though
  11. This may be relevant: http://www.bkcg.co.uk/guide/law.html What types of knives are being sold here? Link please
  12. I have an Ernest and Jones jewelers next to where I work. Every day I can have a peek at the real deal
  13. Not to mention the extra gears added to the 7750 movement to create the correct subdial spacing. This will sooner or later cause you a problem. Also the replicas are much, MUCH thicker than the real deal. Genuine Daytonas are so thin and elegant and have a low profile on your wrist. Cheers
  14. The watch IS a fantastic replication of that photo from the book, no doubt This is the watch I would call the "Bond" watch though: That photo is direct from the movie I was told by a MBW supplier that he could get one just like the one from the movie. He sent me pictures of the watch too! ( Which I no longer have ) The only difference was the MBW version had the 15 minute marker ticks on the bezel and maybe the crown. Cheers
  15. Yes your mods do add the extra authenticity to the watch for sure The watch Bond wore is slightly different to this one though, I will add a link when I get back from work.
  16. Nice vintage sub These can still be had from the right MBW/WM source No CG's to mod either
  17. Maybe somebody with a gen Tudor could measure the case thickness for chronomat123? It would be a shame not to get the best case for this project.
  18. I would imagine you would not want to get a seconds at 6 Daytona as a base due to it having a thicker case, no?
  19. I have paid for a "few" tickets too!
  20. Crouch, Rooney and Lampard were the only natural attacking players, all the rest were defensive players! Beckham should have been out wide on the right without doubt. Also Gary Neville has never scored for England and is not a winger. We miss both Owens and Joe Cole for sure, but the England coach was never the right man for the job and I hated that he was apointed in the first place. With luck he will leave an Venables will take full control. Crap system and crap team selection equals a crap result.
  21. Oliver has told me he will be finished very soon! I should have some pictures of the finished watch which I will post as soon as I can. I have seen a few preview pictures and it looks like Oliver has done a great job.
  22. "License to kill and drive a heavy goods vehicle"
