    Best Case so far in my opinion. Looks really great. The bezel is way better, teeth are deep as it shut be. Great build congrats. If it is the Sean Bracelets it looks also good on the SEL side.

    Looks really good to me. How about installing the gen Insert? Was it a straight fit? It looks like it must grind on the upper side to sit recessed on the bezel. By the way the bezel looks like the TW and WM9.

    Looks much better without engraving. Great work. I've done it on a other case and it was easy to do because the laser etching was not deep

    You can find it also on the bay. Yes clear UV Glue is needed, it's a bit like water.

    Looks way better with the Crystal. I would like to see the construction of the Bezel and also how the Crystal is mounted to the case. Is there no way to glue the crystal on the Case to become it waterproof?

    Ask BK his Overlay has the right dimensions and font shape for a 16610. Most Rep overlays has too big font and bad number spacing.

    No problem TC says a gen Insert clip in with no modification. So it takes some force also on the gen one. Want to hear from members if this is right!

    I don't think a TW Bezel take a gen Insert without a bit work on it. but I never had a TW.

    Yes but a press is not a tool to do it. There are several tutorials on the Net.

    Sub Insert 16610 Outside 37,65mm Inside. 30,70mm SD 16660 Outside 36,65mm Inside. 29,70mm

    A SD Insert has smaller inner and outer Diameter. Also a SD Crystal has a smaller diameter than a Sub one. I think you have a Sub Insert a SD one is too small for a Sub. To fit a gen Insert is not that easy, it need some force to clip in. I think it's the usual issue on a Rep Bezel, the Insert needs to grind a bit?!?
