  1. Yes but a press is not a tool to do it. There are several tutorials on the Net.
  2. Sub Insert 16610 Outside 37,65mm Inside. 30,70mm SD 16660 Outside 36,65mm Inside. 29,70mm
  3. A SD Insert has smaller inner and outer Diameter. Also a SD Crystal has a smaller diameter than a Sub one. I think you have a Sub Insert a SD one is too small for a Sub. To fit a gen Insert is not that easy, it need some force to clip in. I think it's the usual issue on a Rep Bezel, the Insert needs to grind a bit?!?
  4. Sounds good to me All my best wishes, be strong u will win the fight!
  5. Yepp push it in. Sorry for my bad English. Sometimes it's hard to describe what I mean. Sorry
  6. Can u please measure the Endlink diameter? Overall finish and shape look good to me. How about the price? Same as on V2?
  7. So the pin don't go to the inside of the case. There is nothing to seal. Shure I can do a tutorial but its so easy to do. Take a hammer and small brass pin that have the same diameter as the "Valve" Than put the brass pin on it and pull it with the hammer a bit in the Case that's it. Very easy to do.
  8. No the pin goes not inside the Case. I think it's only half of the case thickness. Thats not a functional Valve.
  9. Nice this comes back. I've reviewed it years a go as it was new and not called Noob Sub.
  10. it's not in Freddy's tutorial. If u look on my 1665 in my signature u can see that I pulled the "Valve Pin" a bit in the Case. You can take a small pin from brass and a hammer to pull the pin a bit deaper in the Case. There is not much force needed. This is why I called it " The easy HE Valve Mod" I've done it on several 1665 I modded for some members.
  11. I have modded several MBW 1665. U are right the HE Valve looks etched. But it is a metal pin in the Case. U can drop it in with Hammer. The easy HE Valve Mod Look at mine 1665.
  12. If u mean the MBW 1665 it is not stamped! It's a metal pin in the case.
  13. Thats what I meant. The Bezel is slightly smaller like on SD. That's the reason why u can put a 14060 Insert on a SD Bezel.
  14. For the understanding Case size is similar to 16610, but it use a smaller crystal (same size than SD) also smaller Dial (also same size as SD ) The insert is also smaller and can be used on SD too.
  15. The Rehaut is a gen feature!! But this looks not like gen to me
  16. So the mystery is solved. I think it's not worth, too much worth than good things. The one piece Rehaut is nice but I don't believe a gen crystal will fit. Dial seems to be nice. The rest looks crappy to me.
  17. Yepp, different Case, also the diameter of the crystal and also Dial is smaller than on 16610.
