The Dial is also like on a Date Submariner, too large! Must be smaller.

Every time the same blabla. If this get no gen Bezel construction with gen dimensions it's a piece of crap. Allways the same [censored] from producers that don't know nothing about gen construction of a Rolex. We will not see a good replication of the SD believe me.

The dimensions of the vintage Insert are the same for the Sub and SD. But the right Insert for SD has bolder fonts than for the Sub! You can see on my Great White. This one is really hard to find!

Serial is for ca.1967 model 6240! I've seen exact the same watch from a Munich Seller. Also same three numbers of serial! So all is legit I think.

As you all know I'm a Sub freak and I owned all possible models out there. So as mentioned all have there flaws. The TW is much more as the WM9 V1, so a good base. Also SELs are much nicer than WM9. I prever the WM9 V2 Case because the CGs are nicer than the TW. With some Mods you can get a great result on both models. Take a look at my Hybrid Sub there are Mixed Parts of both worlds and gen ones for shure.
