Gold plated Eta are assembled for the outside EU Market in Asia.
Nickel plated Eta where assembled in the EU.
That's it,there is no quality difference I think.
You get gold plated ones factory new not refurbished or something like that.
Thanks Freddy,
yours look exactly like mine btw Great SD
@ Ciborgman
I had a suppiler in the past for Rolex Parts
When you look at the Insert it has the bold numbers on it and this
is really rare.
For the HE Valve it's an easy mod just pop the Valve in with a hammer.
no,there is no shine on the Dial it's matte.
Varnish gives a nice structure ,like on a old Dial
I will post a macro shot of the structure that u can see what I mean.
For a gen Tube that's normal, gen replacement Tubes has more defined
threads to make shure they sit tight on the Case.
You need some force to install them.
Aftermarket Tubes are easier to install after retapping but they can break
easily on the Threadside.
Great Pics and yes you are right the gen Bezel is for shure
much better.
I know what you mean about the bezellip I sanded it a bit on mine also.
So I think I need to hunt for a gen Bezel.
Again congrats to this beauty.
Really fantastic my friend.
This can't be better I think.
Please shoot some macros I would like to compare with my hybrid one.
Do you had some trouble Installing the gen Bezel?
From the Pics the Bezel looks similar to the V2 Bezel and way better
than the V3.
Maybe you can make a comparsion shot of the bezels.
It's really a beauty and I think nobody spot this as a Rep.
Congrats.
