Happy New Year to all. It's been another amazing year here and I've learned a ton. Thanks RWG and the entire community.
Here's to having some new super reps out on the market. Still looking for that JLC Navy Seal, a decent looking Hulk and a GV Milgauss.
Cheers!
That's what I thought. Anyone have pics of both date wheels. I need to explain this to someone! A friend believes that since the hands on an ETA move the same way as a 1570, the same holds true for date wheels!
CC thanks. You may be right.
On a different note, does this girl not realize she will not make it through 2013 if she sticks with this dude. I don't get it.
I think I saw a picture of Chris Brown with a Sky Dweller. In this picture with Rihanna at the Lakers game, it looks like a gold vintage Daytona! Am I wrong?
I tried one on yesterday. A guy who lives in my building has one - a rep. It is a little thick compared to the classic SD.
Still on the fence. He was running out so I had 90 seconds of wrist time.
This reminds me of a few years back. I was in the market for a Rolex Submariner LV. I pointed to the LV behind the glass and said, "can I see the LV". I kid you not, the response was, "this is a Rolex, not a Louis Vuitton"!
I think for him, it was just that - a Rolex Submariner. No idea of model or the reason it was created!
@sharkrun and SGTUK, thanks for the pics, very helpful.
I think I will have to stop in at an AD and try one on for size.
Do they all have the same number in the back?
I'm thinking of branching out from Rolex and Panerai. Everytime a JLC Navy Seal goes up, I almost pull the trigger.
Size wise, how does this compare to a SD or even a DSSD? I've owned many Deep Sea's and have always sold them. Just too big.
Thanks for the input and comparative shots!
