Boy I'd give my MBW DRSD and Ken's left nut in trade for a good 5514 build. Just sayin.........
  4. Hey! That's a REP link! BAN!!!!!!!!! (see? this is how they do it on TRF)
  5. I just can't peel this baby off my wrist, it's the elusive CrazySaleMan XXLDRTRLWWW.
  6. Truer words were never spoken. Well said! *banned from TRF and proud of it*

    watchinternational@gmail.com Best $50 I ever spent.
  10. Good idea Freddy, every one of mine have had significant improvements. I have tons of new photos, now I just need to remember where I put them... How about this? 1665, back to factory original 6536, also back to original after 20+ years of sourcing pieces 1675, all original but wearing a gilt dial now circa its 1963 birthdate, rather than the early 70s dial I bought it with 1680, nothing has been done to decrease its amazing funkiness except a new crystal and fixed lume in the hands (thanks Zig!) My Snowflake, almost completely done, still a couple of tiny details to finish up
  11. Just back from a climb up McHugh Peak, blazing sunshine and mid-20s temps. Absolutely perfect day!

Verrrrrrry nice! That beauty is just calling out for a 7836 folded oyster from Mary.
  13. I was going to say "methylamidophenyldimethylpyrazolonerva" but I'm apparently too late.
  14. Have you tried Mary at Watch-International? At first I thought you meant.......
  15. Not a 6536, not correct at least. Not a 6538, not a 5510. I'm thinking a 6536 case with a 6538 dial except the diameter would be wrong. Small crown, but correct bezel. Repainted 6536 dial in a 6536 case? Hmmmmmmmm.
  16. Greetings to the land of the Long White Cloud. What mach numbers are we talking here?
  17. You're getting sleepy... sleeeeeeeeepy... you feel an incredible urge to mail this watch to Nanuq. Sleepy... so, so, SLEEEEEEPY..... When I snap my fingers you will stand up and mail this watch and have no recollection of this conversation. Sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepy.... sleeeeeepy......
  18. ∫ f dx = ((%i*y^2-%i* *asinh(x/sqrt(y^2- )+x*sqrt(-y^2-x^2+ )/2,[x=1634]*4 EDIT: hah, look at that... it interpreted the "b-paren" in my function as smiley faces.
  19. Archierocks, I just posted this in someone else's thread, it applies to you as well: Not to be too blunt, but your advertising for your services sort of rubs me the wrong way. We have dealers and modders recognized here officially by RWG and then lots more whose skill sets have been disseminated by word of mouth. The board sort of knows about those but we look the other way, as they are not formally here as modders. So you see my dilemma (literally, "two truths"). Please consider toning down the overt advertisement.

  21. All right, where did the small-arrow 24h hand come from? I neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeed one for my gen.
  22. You guys are going about this all wrong. I keep a high-resolution photo of Chuck Norris taped to the wall in my garage, with cardboard over it. When it's time to remove a bracelet pin I hold it up close to the photo and lift the cardboard slightly. Our of pure terror the pin LEAPS from the band, falling on the floor. Works every time.
