  1. Don't have my camera with me, crappy cell phone pic - just got this from Silix
  2. my tool has a small pointed pick dealie on the other in for pushing the pins in bracelets. I went to sears and bought a small pick set, just finished sizing it.
  3. On a side note, the watch looks great, don't have my camera so no pics. Only issue I see is that the crown doesn't appear to screw all the way down flush, but it gets very tight. Hardly noticeable unless you're looking closely at the watch and I don't plan on swiming with it so no biggie to me.
  4. But i forgot to bring my springbar tool out here this time and I can't size the bracelet! LOL. Guess I'll head over to Sears and try and find a small awl to do it with.
  5. the reviews of the Super Ocean have been really good, I think i'd go with that.
  6. Great info The Zigmeister, thanks for the clarification. I'm still perfectly happy with my 21j asian version
  7. Did you tell your boss that if all he's doing is wearing it on his wrist at his desk that it won't build up much reserve anyway?
  8. Wearing this tomorrow Wore it with rubber strap today: This on Thursday for my flight home
  9. I don't volunteer it, but if someone asks me about my watch I tell them its a rep. It's been a while since anyone i work with has noticed my watches anyway.
  10. Too rich for me. I won't be buying
  11. It's getting old, but my boss is cool and pays to fly my wife out the weekends I'm not at home. I should only be on this project another 4 weeks or so though
  12. This today: Tomorrow
  13. I knew you'd get a kick out of that
  14. Thanks for the comments guys. The strap is about 5mm thick at the lugs, and I guess it's calf lined, pretty soft. 2 more shots
  15. LOL, Yeah, i have a house, but i've barely seen it since Feb! I'm on a long term project in California, I'm only home every 2 weeks.
  16. I liked the rep panerai gator strap so much on my GTXL, that I ordered a better one for it from Watch Prince. Great service, got it in 4 days or so. Anyway, here are some quick poorly lighted pics from my hotel room: v And the before with the rep pam strap: Final shot with the rubber strap: For those of you looking at this watch, this is the 21j Asian version. I got it from TimeSwiss for $112. Solid movement, great build, amazingly well decorated. Best bang for your buck watch ever!
  17. LOL, what kind of f'ing idiot first off steals pictures with watermarks, but then doesn't even bother to try and remove them??? what a toolbag
  18. Yeah, I was wondering where this was at too.
  19. My 21j asian has the white date wheel, but to tell the truth i really don't care. I love the watch despite it's inaccuracies plus it looks really good on a brown gator strap This is a cheap rep pam strap, I have a better one on order now actually. The best part? Only $112 from TimeSwiss. And on the 7750 topic..aside from the new Ferrari Chrono, I've pretty much sworn off that movement as well, just too flaky for me.
  20. Sash, What about those of us that didn't order the rubber strap?
  21. I'm buying one because I'm a Ferrari FAN. I don't own a ferrari, nor will I ever (too much money in maintenance even if you can buy the damn thing) but I love Ferrari as an automaker. The Ferrari Pam will be my new watch to wear when i go to track my own car too
  22. Congrats man, great watch, one of my favorites as well. Wear it well!
  23. ha! I just bought a 005 off a canadian forum member and it shipped on the 2nd, it didn't get to my house until 19th! and this was 'expedited USA' shipping. A watch I bought from timeswiss shipped on the 2nd from CHINA and I had it on the 10th.
  24. well, i just ordered a brown croc strap and deployant for it. I'll post pics again when i get it.
  25. Yeah, technology really has come a long way hasn't it? As far as the watch, I really like this one a lot. Sure it's not quite as accurate as the 'ultimate' but it is pretty close IMO, and doesn't suffer from the jerky seconds hand of the ultimate either. I was really impressed with the decoration on the movement. All in all, not a bad $112 spent.
