Having grown up in France, I can say that there is a lot to worry about for good ol' Arianne these days. The future looks grim for a country that was once so progressive many years ago during modernist times. I have both systems. And I've had both systems for 20+ years. Both are great. Somehow, they differ, but they both deliver. Buy according to lens array preference.

Great post - be carefull if u guys try this yourselves. U need patience and a lot of experience with the board game called "Operation". If you're good at that game, then u might be steady enough for minor watch tinkering.

You cannot tell the hand is angled once the crystal is put on - no matter how hard you try, you won't see it unless the crystal is off. The bezel prohibits the appropriate viewing angle in order to see the bent hand.
