How much did you pay for the watch? The easiest and simples solution is to have the stem replaced by one of the local guys. The speedie looks good. Full size?

Depending on wrist size, activity level and of course taste, you should be able to find anything your heart desires from an SD. If no longer made, it can be replicated. E
