  1. Then these could possibly work on a 7928 build. E
  2. You're much too kind Duke. Speaking of which, I will use this sweet DW on your build that I received a few months back from JMB. Because of the early nature of these two builds, I think it will work correctly. Just need to finish my finals on Tuesday to get busy. Case work is done. Movement is done(just aded the overlay. E
  3. Looking good. Told ya you should've kept it. E
  4. Thanks man. I have not seen any pictures of the 666 date wheels that are not white. Pics will be up soon. I'm finishing Duke's first E
  5. movement is coming out great and the dial is superb. Any idea if the datewheel should be white or silver? E
  6. Whose folded? Is that JMBs work? My case back came back. I had the wrong address. E
  7. How about some 280s ?
  8. 1570 clone would be AWESOME! E
  9. It may just be worth the price of the watch for the movement alone if it proves to be reliable as well. Very good findings. E
  10. I'll take a movement! E
  11. Anyone know where to get gaskets for the Z series 666s? E
  12. Sneed did that for sure. I definitely like the dial. Btw, Jacko I think this is one of your old cases. The rehaut in these is not too bad. E
  13. The care is probably thicker in order to house the nuclear warhead triggering system or whatever lol
  14. Choosing different dials to get the right look I want, but have this issue with rehaut. What exactly should the angle be? Or is it just as one sees it? I'm building one for a fellow forum member and one for myself. I'm using an early transitional dial for the build. Pics of the different dials. The first one is one sourced from Sneed. Actually fits in the correct Z case which is good. Disregard the dust particles please. This one I sourced from Manhand on eBay and not too bad, could be better but for the money it is ok. Lume is decent, looks a lot better in person and has decent "old" glow. Not crazy about the date window, but I think it will do for now for my own personal build. I can fix it later as there is plenty of meat in the dial material and just repaint it and matte spray it if I need to. Ar least it is 16:9 Rehaut seems ok by me, but please chime in. I want/need this to be a good build as it is my first 16660. I definitely want the lugs drilled and currently searching for a decent bracelet for it. I have a pair of benz Tudor ETA hands from Yuki that I plan to use for now, seem ok when compared to most images online. The Gen insert I had laying around was a pain to fit, but looks good and flat now The 703 tube and crown were standard fit, and no need to bore people on details I love how the HEV has the correct push orientation and color match to a gen. Thanks for looking. Ephry
  15. Silly question, does anyone here know where to source the correct case backs for these Z series cases? I received two cases with correct Z series numbers and the casebacks are plain outer and 2160 inner markings. The Oyster case backs I have at home are too small for these. I have five different sea-dweller case backs and none fit. Ideas? I have the "3135" movement(added correct silver DWO thanks to JMB), the correct crystal(BTW, it does fit in these cases with the correct gasket, so my previous findings were faulty) "gen" 16660 coming my way( I say Gen because I think it is a refinished early transitional dial and if this one doesn't work I will go the Yuki route) I will leave the Gen 703 crown and tube for later as this seems ok. Now back to the case backs, how and who and where? Thanks. E
  16. I will be very interested in the 5513 findings. E
  17. Not thread crapping by any means. Let me know how the DW turned out. I'm orderign a 7031 and 6239 case sets in a few days, but may wait. E
  18. SCHWEEEEEET! I like it a lot! E
  19. Not too bad. Just order the extra crystals for spares and you will be ok. E
  20. It's funny how much OCD we all have E
  21. 93150 with the 580 end links for every day use and the NATO for water play or active events. Best of both worlds. E
  22. Awesome and true all at once! Cats, wear it well man! E
