  1. thanks for the heads up. I live 10 min. from the Wrentham outlets, they are usually 150 there, I should check it out!
  2. I love how its nearly the end of the world up there and you spin a positive out of it, free fire wood, that's just great! A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty. - Sir Winston Churchill way to live it my friend!
  3. @ DC I love that flat 4 LV insert! I had zig mill my cannon pinions so that I could use my gen hands. turned out amazing. If you cant swing a 3135 consider doing the cannon milling. gen hands are the cats meow....
  4. I got my guess but I'm going to let others go first.
  5. red, that is how a sub should look. damn that's just wicked!
  6. I worked in the film industry, went by the name of Mike Honcho... In all seriousness, I have a few friends that went to school for screen writing and they have found it very difficult to get in the business. I have seen a few screen plays on kickstarter looking for funding, I am not sure if that might be a route you can take. and if you got a digital copy ill load it up in the ol' iPad and read it on the train. i am on it almost 3 hours a day!
  7. @ASCI that looks f'ing awesome! tell me more about that strap! this one today (photo courtesy of Ubi)
  8. you really need digital calipers, the differences are that small. I have an old set of analog calipers and it only read 20.1 on mine. unless the postman forgets how to get to my house, I should have my build back from the spa tonight. I will post some pics somewhere...
  9. I think it's known that Sean's case, and any case that's not from Rolex, will vary in dimension at the lug. I know mine is 20.13-20.14 as measured by vac. I remember bk building a Sean up and his was closer to 20 but it wasn't 20.0. The gen 93250 fits and the spring bars clicks in perfectly on the Sean case. However I do think a gap at the side of the endlink will exist unless you get really lucky.
  10. To use a 2892 in a case that is made for the 3135 all you need is the right spacer.
  11. There was someone that fit a gen to the sean. The gen sel is 20mm while the Sean case is 20.13 ish. There is a gap that is just no good.
  12. thanks E. I have a folded bracelet and new hands incoming for the flake, then shes done. the case profile of your 16610 looks a lot like my Sean Case, that's why I asked. looks so bad ass with that 93150!
  13. @ephry, what case is that if you dont mind me asking? This today:
  14. Nice B! I bet that would hydrate the wrinkles from almost anything! I use what what ever my wife tells me to use. She is the one that has to look at my ugly face anyway!
  15. Wear from the fold of the clasp? I have seen wear kinda like that on vintage oysters. The thing is it should be shiny where there is wear. I have some on my vintage oyster. Maybe it was worn, then te brushed?
  16. That end link sticks out more than mine. Looks more like a v2 almost. Personally I wouldn't touch the backside of the sel. The front and fit is nice
  17. From everything that i have seen (and I have looked, trust me), the flat 4 insert is only factory proper for a case with holes(16610). I have seen a number of pictures of modern cases sans-holes (16610T) that have the flat 4, but usually it is because of a insert swap.
  18. They are flat 4 inserts so could be SL or tritium. I have a SL flat 4 in my Sean build. I personally love it because it's flat.
  19. So jealous, I hope the iPhone 5 sucks and I stick with the 4, then I can order a SW;)
  20. @dluddy, we should pay to fly down Rob and have a build party! I am down for a 5514
  21. Glad she is safe my friend. I also hope you don't find the low life that took the truck. I remember what you did to that poor noobmariner and it was only a crappy rep... Gives me the shivers just thinking about it.
