Nice post and congratulations on ure 1680 ... for me personally hands down my favorite rollie ... i also have the 1665 mbw that i received from the "master T" in December and is equally stunning but the 1680 fits me better and wears lighter on my wrist ... enjoy it and wear it in good health ! regards Laz

I had an ubi datewheel installed on my mbw 1665 and az mezz mentioned sure makes difference at the moment i had not expirience any problems all do the change of date is not so smooth as it shoud be due to extra thickness everyone mentioned . That said i sure hope it keeps functioning proper as i love the aperance of the flat top 3s Ps ... What u know my 500 th post ... Regards Laz

As i was not much around lately i have bumped into this post just now ... i pretty much agree with all that has been said here but here is my 2 cents for what is worth ... I got iphone in November unlocked and running all sim cards at the begging i was just impressed by the device in general and coming from an ipod history this looked like the device that will do it all for me . Before that i used the nokia e90 communicator the nokia 9300i communicator and similar querty design devices ... The iphone for sure beats them hands down when it come to media playback and features like music listening , videos etc . Also it has by far the best youtube application and a supreme browser wich all do still has some shortcomings like does not support flash still makes it the best phone browser experience till date ... ( i tried lotsa devices back in my history i even tested the phones for a mobile operator for 3 years and that i think gives me some knowledge) Now regarding the phone part im not so impressed dont get me wrong its good and all but not to my needs ... first when i took it out of the box and realised it wont sinc sontacts from lotus notes i had a first problem ... i have ower 500 contacts with asorted details like phone email adress etc that i coud not transfer to the phone out of that 300 of them are buisness related and that was my first serious pain ... i managed to export that to windows adress book that iphone will sinc with but had all kinda misstakes in the progress . Second dailing a number from contacts when u have cca 80 people startin with M is a pain in the a.. other mobiles will alow u search by letters where in iphone u can only scroll up and down ... not so good The wi fi is nice works like a charm but not in my office as we use cisco leap protocol that iphone does not support ... it will connect in any wi fi caffe or at my place at home but not in office .... Input metod now as u can see i have given this some time as i have it for a month or so but i must say i cant get used to it there is no way u will be satisfied with text speed entry if ure coming from a ful qwerty background like me ... also the inability of it to swich to a landscape keyboard layout anywere otside of the browser app is a shame as in landscape mode keyboard is much bigger and easyer to use ... there are some things more but ill leave that for now ... for the moment im back on my nokia e90 and have a brand new blackberry curve 8300 ... the iphone yes still have it but its just standing in the dock in my apartment ... a shame as its a nice device overall and a true show of ( ladies love it ) just does not cut it for me and my usage . regards LAZ

That is the correct caseback for the DRSD i recived the same one on mine from Paso that said i went and changed the dial on mine to GW dial hehe now need the GW caseback . That said i asked Paul for a spare caseback actualy 3 pieces but he never came back to me on that . Laz

DEAR ALL ... My friends , forum members , esteemed collectors and admin team ! I have been away for some time lurking from time to time on this place but not posted fore some time ... i have took my time to recover from this tragedy that struck me quite hard a month back as you all well know . This has made an empty void in the time that passed as i was not so focused on work and social life around me as i should have been if things were normal , there fore i need to speed things up in this aspect and i think im on good track . There were some other unpleasant events also in the meantime one of them being the break-up with my girlfriend and me in a situation to find a new flat to rent as i needed to move out . I was forced in the meantime to bunk in with a friend on his sofa for a good week but managed in the meantime to find a place and rent it 2 weeks back ... that has brought additional expenses that i coud not manage without the help of my coworkers that rushed and really lend me a hand . That said and all this behind me i woud once again like to thank everyone that offered me support kind words in this heavy times. Not just on forum but also via PM and emails you guys are the best ! This proves that human kindness has no barriers and this has been a real revelation for me . MANY THANKS TO ALL YOU GUYS AND GIRLS ! On the last note , im deffinetly back and will be more active again , sheesh so many topics to be read , replyes to be posted im looking forward to be active here again . Regards to all god speed ! at a tender age of 25 my best friend Juraj R. died in a car accident this sunday morning round 5am... I LOVED HIM and treated him as KID BROTHER ... i got the news yesterday . i can not say more atm i will be less on here as im still trying to sort this on personal level hope for understandin ... here is a picture from a few months back ... such a shame Kind regards Laz

Hi , im sorry to hear that ... i managed to get my watch repared with a help of a watchmaker that is a friend of one of the mebers here on the boards ... It has been just sent to me yesterday and im eager to see it back on my wrist ... i hope u can sort out the ishues with yours even the flaws and everithing i love that watch ! Stephane , hope that the date wheel owerlay is not something what i will regret latter ... that said it looks so much better so much better (to me) then the one that came with the watch also the flat 3is is what i really wanted ... Regarding the modder plese guys dont PM me askin who it is i have an agreement with this gentelmen to be reveled when the job is done ...
