Hi all, while changing the straps the other day on my sfso i noticed that one of the springbars is twisted a bit on one end and there fore probably is not so secure in the lug. That said i would like to change them to new ones ... now can i get gen ones do they fit without modding ? And if that said where can i order them if someone already did that pls let me know. If not some aftermarket solution ones etc woud do fine pls provide me some link where to order if possible. THX regards Laz

and i must say its great ... the picture on ebay did not do this beautie justice ... im not a expert but im pretty sure this is gen , the attention to detail and the quality of make is super . Seller was Darren Reay Watches on ebay uk. Its silver colour with stick markers nothing flashy just nice ... Can anyone school me on this .... does the asian movement in noob or for that any asian automatic makes the date change exactly at 00:00 (midnight) i know swiss eta will snap the date forward on midnight spot on but im intersted if thats also the case with some asian auto. movements . The one i had start gradual date change around 22 30 and switch till midnight ... for me really an annoying feature ... regards laz

Hi there, the best is a bracelet removal tool but if u dont have that handy u can manage it also with a small screwdriver ... turn the watch upside down on some soft place not to damage it and locate the opening of the end links on that back that will expose the pins ... i presume we are talking 16610 modern sub ! When u will see the pinn slip in the screwdriver and try to push it away from the case this shoud loosen it up and out of the hole , do the same on the other side and pull out the bracelet ... its easy ! Be pacient and carefull afcourse to avoid damaging the case ... NOw that said if u have a vintage sub theneven easyer ... vintages have drilled lug holes through the case ... use an office paper clip to push the pin out of the case from both sides and remove bracelet . Regarding the versions i went with V3 thus giving u the lowest possition on the wrist i do not like whaen the watch sits high as its prone to get hit somewere easyer ... V3 gives it that low sitting possition i was after due to not having an extra layer on the bottom ... That said i talked with carl yesterday explaining that the strap is just a bit small for me and he beeing the gent. he is proposed to do me a biger one free of charge ... now hows that for a service !
