Wearing the purple PO v5 again

Nice ESP Iceman copy. I like ESP because they used jumbo frets. As a professional musician I cannot see using rep guitars for two reasons; durability, and playability. The inferior parts cannot hold up to the intense pressures that I place on my guitars. It's hard enough to find a playable perfect gen with the best hardware let alone a rep. Guitars are more of a precision instrument than a watch because they have to hold precise tuning frequencies, without losing them even under outrageous pressure. I play scalloped guitars so I had to make my own since there were non commercially available. I bought the very first Fender Yngwei scalloped model when it came out, circa 1988, though the one I hand carved myself is way better. Ah, so you think the GMT is gen eh. j/k I am kinda in between. Sometimes I don't fell comfortable wearing gen because I don't want to scratch it up. Other times I don't want to wear gen because I don't want to get called out.

So I've been on the fence to mod my PO v5 but figure I'd ask the collective what really is a 'must do' issue on this rep. To me the crystal needs to be gen and the hands need to be modded or gen. While I'm at it why not the dial too. I understand these three items are available but what would be the cost to do each of these? Should I do all three or what should I do? What do you guys think? What bugs me most is the crystal purple color. Then the hands are not parallel to the dial and the tips look worn. Anything else? Cheers PS HOW DO I CHANGE THE TOPIC OF THE THREAD TO "PO Modding"

I just bought a nice gen bezel from @seafoam for my 42mm PO v5 and I may have lost a piece of something during the swap. Does anyone know why neither of my bezels click anymore? It worked fine just before I tried swapping but now none of them click when I turn the bezel. A few pics to show you guys what's up. Can you tell which one is gen??
