Evening all. Sorry for my delayed response. I received an explanation, an apology, and a full refund from the seller. I understand that sometimes things happen that are completely out of our control. No harm, no foul. I would suggest in the future a quick email out to customers would belay some issues. Thanks to the seller for the refund. Thanks to the Mods for your assistance. I still think the bracelets look to be very well done, and I would be interested in revisiting my order in the future when the seller is ready if this is not an issue with the seller or the Mods.
