Welcome Cano Your best bet is to watch the Sales Board for a PAM 127 (Fiddy) or put an wanted ad in the I want to buy. Look for a Noob made Fiddy which you will get with your budget. Regards AJ

PAM 57 with gen deployant and Orloff JV strap
astonjenks replied to astonjenks's topic in The Panerai Area
Thanks Richard I am aware of this the reason I prefer Deployant is that it does not mark the JV strap and is very comfy. Hope all is well with you. Regards AJ -
PAM 57 with gen deployant and Orloff JV strap

You're welcome. Have just managed to get a Bronze382 also Regards AJ -
Fraggle you're spot on there, I used top use a credit card and after a while the card was stopped and my provider asked in writing if I could confirm the purchases and what they were for! It is a pain sometimes, however most of the TD's will work around it 'creatively' ! AJ

PAM 57 with gen deployant and Orloff JV strap
astonjenks replied to astonjenks's topic in The Panerai Area
Thanks Baxter The strap is listed as a 'brown' however is much more of a grey in my opinion so lets go with Brown/grey! I'm not sure if it can be seen however it matches perfectly. These are not made anymore I understand and were very expensive as they use the same movement as the gen with Soprod PR. I suspect when my new Grail Fiddy arrives and I find myself a 382 Bronze I might have to let this baby go as I prefer 47's. Regards AJ -

Great, I have a rather special Fiddy that Marlin sent to me today after working on it with me for several months with gen crystal and so on, I have a brand new OEM JV strap waiting here patiently for her. Regards AJ

Cool, looks FAB, does it wear well? AJ

From which TD JKay please? Regards AJ

Agreed however for $100 do not expect too much is my advice. The old adage in life is quite true, 'You get what you pay for' and in my experience the $300 watches tend to be great value (relative term) and well made. Research more and you will understand what are the great deals and what are not. Best ergards AJ

Funny you should ask that as they are all on their way to me with a new Black with white stitch and Orange inner strap from Peter to go with her! I will post photos in about a week I guess. Regards AJ

I recently traded my stunning PAM 29 with a PAM 57 as I quite like the Ti case and have come away a bit from the polished cases, even my Baron has brushed finish. So I decided to get a Gen brushed Deployant (would love Ti if anyone has one) and fitted it all up with a great strap from Orloff which is a JV nubuck Alligator strap, the colour of the strap matches the dial beautifully and being a deployant will not ruin or mark the strap which is great news. I love the finished watch and hope you do too, have a great weekend guys. AJ

Just received my Gen Deployant from a great member so now I have fitted the gorgeous Orloff JV strap to the equally gorgeous PAM057 and am delighted with the look and feel of this great timepiece. Regards AJ

So for the real petrol heads out there, I found this in my files today. It is me in the white Lightweight Jaguar E Type on the front row in the Spa 6 Hour race that I led for 4 1/2 hours before having a rear brake problem, we finished second by three mins (1 lap) after losing 15 mins in the pits The second photo is a wall to wall photo in my garage of the first lap at that race where I am leading several GT40's, Cobras and other 60's exotics. I would guess there is over $25 million in machinery there! Regards AJ
