  1. MD your latest post is an impudence to all your clients and every member of this forum! Please go, and never come back.
  2. Thanks mate! Got it from Angus, and no mods has been made. I always wanted to sent her out for a better (double) AR and relume job, but I don't want to give her away for about 6-8 weeks...
  3. I'm not the Rolex expert, but I think this one from Andrew is a decent rep: http://www.ttw888.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_8&products_id=10332 Maybe some of the Rollie guys here can chime in to confirm?
  4. Looking ok to me... Datewheel is centered, bezel and pearl are centered, all lume dots are here and also centered, nothing seems crooked... Maybe someone with eagle eyes can chime in and have a look?
  5. I'm pretty sure you'll like your Super Avenger very much! The Avenger series is very close to the gens - very solid build & feeling, strong blue AR, good lume etc. I have a this Breitlings: Skyland Avenger, Seawolf, Superocean Abyss Chrono, Chronomat Evolution, Chronomat B01, Navitimer, Montbrilliant - as already mentioned Navitimer and Montbrilliant have the most flaws, the Chronomat are very decent, and the Avenger series and the Superocean are top notch reps.
  6. Gen is gen... But it's really amazing how good the reps nowadays are, how close the are coming to gen! I'm excited about the Avenger II series - hopefully they will be repped soon...
  7. Yeah, the waiting is the hardest part in this game... With Andrew you're in the best hands, he's a great dealer with lighting fast responses, so just sit back, take a drink and reeelaaaaax..
  8. The lume dot at 3 (date) position is on the rep smaller too... Or maybe Andrew sent me a gen...
  9. Saw the gen at my local AD - an absolutely stunning watch! Really hoping that the factories will rep the Avenger II series soon... so come on H fac, buy one, rep it, and take our $$$
  10. Congrats denim! You're very right, if you haven't found the right one in your 20ies it's not that easy... I'm also thinking about online dating service for 1 year, but didn't do it yet. When reading your post... maybe worth a try? Btw, I'm in an on/off-partnership and I know that's not that what I really want...
  11. Stunning pics with nice background blur (bokeh) - Thanks a lot Ricardo for sharing!
  12. Only VIP and Platinum members are allowed to post in the Sales Thread - take a look at the rules here: http://www.rwgforum.net/forum/49-watches/
  13. LOL!!!! I'm still too lazy to search myself, so please tell me when you found the best sub... :D
  14. REP IT! Please!!!! Thanks for sharing your pics, it's an awesome watch! Wear it well mate!
  15. With this dial you can express time (minutes) as decimal 1/100 value, for example: 30 minutes = 0,50 hours 50 minutes = 0,83 hours etc Don't know who really needs this, maybe for aeronautic purposes?
  16. Thanks Ricardo for sharing these great pics and your comments/review of the watch! It seems we have the same minds, I can confirm 1:1 your thoughts about the yellow wolf - I was just too busy (or lazy...?) to do it by myself... Your review is very accurate, very well done! Your strap with the yellow stitching is the perfect match for this watch! Good choice, really liking it! Enjoy your Seawolf and wear it well mate!
  17. This model is the Seawolf - a member of the Avenger family, but without the Chrono. If you want to go for a rep of it I really can recommend it, decent quality! A great picture, the fresh green as background and a setup with the watch tied around some flower/palm leaf!
  18. Ben, you made a detailed review of the banana Seawolf and you wrote exactly what I'm thinking... It's the perfect watch for a sporty outfit and casual wear, but it really works also when wearing suits! At least in the summer season... I do find the quality of the rep amazing, it feels solid as a rock and even the lume is very good and bright; of course it doesn't last as long as we all are wanting to, but the initial brightness is impressive, best of all Breitling reps I own. Winding is smooth, way smoother than the A7750 Chrono movements. The only little(!!) drawback is the clasp - some sharp edges, and on the inner side of the small part of the clasp you can see some signs of the outside (laser?) engraving of the Breitling logo. Did some Cape Cod polishing on the inner side to remove this flaw... As always for bracelets I strongly suggest to thread lock (Loctite blue) the screws of the bracelet links, otherwise these screws may/will fall out some day...
  19. Congrats mate to your new babe! The Transocean on mesh is a very classy watch with an elegant style. Not all Breitlings do have a screw-in crown - all Navitimer, Montbrilliant, Transocean etc do not have a screw-in crown, just like the gen. The "tougher" models like Avenger, Seawolf, Superocean etc. do have it, also the Chronomat / Chronomat evolution series. Wear your very nice Transocean in good health!
  20. ...welcome to the club! We all here suffer from the same "virus" We're all very addicted watch-junkies!
  21. Hell, you dunked your brand new banana Seawolf into a barrel..?! You really have balls my friend! Seems that I'm much more scary, I'd never trust any saying of waterproofed by factory... But good to hear that your watch has passed your test and didn't get wet inside! So you've the perfect watch for any pool party!
  22. Thanks buddy! Yeah, it really seems that we share a passion for similar beautiful watches... Looking forward to see your collection growing, and growing, and... But caution, this hobby is VERY addictive...
